Despite any on-field struggles this year, I know we remain a great club with fantastic supporters. As a result, I am incredibly confident about the future of Gillingham FC and, if we all continue to remain upbeat while generating a positive and encouraging atmosphere inside the MEMS Priestfield Stadium, I know we can achieve great things both on and off the pitch for this club in the near future. Therefore, having taken an in-depth evaluation of our season ticket and matchday pricing, I am delighted to announce that we will be launching a two-year season ticket for the 2017/18 and 2018/19 campaigns respectively. As documented in my recent newsletter to supporters, the coming months are extremely important for the future of the club. We’re continuing to make great progress with our ambitious relocation plans, however the costs involving the High Court case relating to Centreplate’s breach of contract are staggering. Therefore, all the money raised from our two-year season ticket sales will provide an invaluable boost . I AM INCREDIBLY CONFIDENT ABOUT to the club’s cash flow at a crucial time. THE FUTURE OF GILLINGHAM FC AND, IF Prices for these tickets start from £630 for adults, £560 for WE ALL CONTINUE TO REMAIN UPBEAT senior citizens and £260 for under-18s. As a result, the yearly WHILE GENERATING A POSITIVE AND cost of this exciting innovation means supporters will be able to guarantee their seat for the price of a 2014/15 season ENCOURAGING ATMOSPHERE INSIDE ticket. This offer is aimed at giving the best value and biggest THE MEMS PRIESTFIELD STADIUM, I KNOW savings to our most loyal supporters. With demand expected to be high, our two-year season tickets will only be available WE CAN ACHIEVE GREAT THINGS BOTH to the first 1,000 applicants, so don’t delay in making your ON AND OFF THE PITCH FOR THIS CLUB booking! IN THE NEAR FUTURE . As part of our continued attempts to make football accessible for children and teenagers, we have reduced the price of our under-18 season tickets by £15 to just £140 when booked during our early bird offer. This works out at just £6 a game, which I’m sure you will all agree is exceptional value. We have restructured our ticketing categories as a result; owing to a lack of demand we have 02 THE GILLS www.gillinghamfootballclub.com amalgamated the under-12 price point into the under-18 category. However, due to the success of our promotional offers this season, and the feedback we have received from our supporters, any full-paying adult can claim one FREE under-12 ticket when purchasing an individual matchday ticket. Once again we will be running an early bird renewal offer for existing season ticket holders, which runs until 5pm on Friday, April 21. This allows our most loyal supporters the chance to buy their tickets at discounted rates. Our advance and matchday ticket prices will remain the same for the 2017/18 campaign. This, once again, creates a great saving on purchasing a season ticket in comparison to buying on a match-by-match basis. A wide range of benefits will once again be available to season ticket holders; supporters will enjoy free tickets to a Category B league game (as chosen by the club), priority on cup tickets, discounts in the Megastore plus further priority on promotional offers throughout the year. Season tickets are the lifeline of the club’s annual cash flow and underpin our player recruitment policy each year. As a result, I’d urge all supporters – be it those regulars who never miss a game or fans who currently visit us on a less-frequent basis – to show their commitment to Gillingham Football Club by purchasing their season ticket for the forthcoming season as soon as possible. Best wishes and thank you for your much-valued support. Up the Gills! ITFC Away Guide 2021/22 An Introduction to the 23 League One Grounds Prepared by the ITFC Supporter Liaison Officer, with added input from other ITFC staff About this guide • This introductory guide is produced by people who have visited all of the grounds in recent years. • The idea is to help you to plan your away trips – in some cases, to choose which are the grounds / places you most want to go to. • Detailed away guides are produced a few weeks before each match, published on the ITFC website, and available for review at the SLO Hub in the FanZone at ITFC. – Note that up-to-date information on rail engineering works (+ replacement buses) and road closures will be included in the detailed match guides. • In compiling this guide, we have mostly relied on our own knowledge and memories, but we have used several additional resources, including opposition Clubs’ websites, www.greateranglia.co.uk and www.google.co.uk/maps. • In particular, though, we have used the website www.footballgroundguide.com, for stadium information, capacities, away ends, fanzones and parking. We do recommend you take a look at this website as you plan your games – but check out our detailed pre-match guides, issued a couple of weeks before each game, for updated pub information – the last year has seen a lot of pub changes, including some new openings.
