For these past 18 years I've been absolutely desperate to single out the culprit. Asking myself was it me? was it vitamin deficiency? Was it in my diet? My genetics etc.? My symptoms were hard to keep track of due to the cognitive impairment as well as the roller coaster emotional ride I was on. I had this constant discomfort/tension/pressure that would engulf my nerves that ran from my shoulders down through my arms into my wrist. It was driving me absolutely nuts. The thing is How are you supposed to relate these feelings or sensations to a Dr.? Whenever Ive tried to bring it up in the past they either change the subject or just avoid it all together ir look at you like your makung it up. Sure I like to fabricate crap so I can go sit in a dr.s office all day to be treated like an nit wit! Okay what sounds more plausibe the latter or maybe Im actually dealing with something that needs to be addressed? Yeah thats a real head scratcher. A few weeks ago I picked up some Omega 3's as well as Stress with Zinc tablets (both made Natures Blend) and started noticing improvements immediately. These helped stabilize my emotions quite a bit but did nothing for that feeling in my shoulders /arms. This did however give me renewed hope that I can overcome this. Did some reseearch on cognitve enhancers and came across Magtein. After doing more Ad feedback research I came across MagEnhance which is the most brain available magnesium complex on the market. Verified Purchase I had high hopes for this mag complex. I had read the many reviews and felt MagEnhance was the one of the many to pick. I have taken clean, non-additive magnesium forms in the past so this was not my first rodeo. One week prior to starting MagEnhance I began taking 150 mg of Seeking Health Optimal Magnesium, though in a different form w/no issues. Once MagEnhance arrived I took 1 capsule at night, not the 3 as recommended and was up all night. I saw every hour on the clock and woke feeling not only so sleepless, but altered as well. I had a really important meeting that morning and attended with great deficit. I now have palpitations and feel off, disconnected and anxious since. I though that even 1 capsule was likely to be too strong and for someone who is just starting up again, I was right. Rather than just giving up on this product right out of the gate, I decided to contact Intelligent Labs (the maker of MagEnhance) direct. I left them my message days ago in detail and with my contact number and have not heard from customer service at all. Overt disregard for personal impact feels even more here.

Just what I was looking for and at a good price. September 19, 2017 Verified Purchase The bottle arrived within the time period promised. Three things noticed at first glance: a serving of this provides a greater quantity of quality magnesium than its competitors, the blend has known associations with improvements in brain, heart, and sleep/pain/stress health, and it does not contain magnesium stearate or other absorption preventing flow agents. Just what I was looking for and at a good price.

I felt that it was helping so I was comfortable with two a day May 9, 2018 Verified Purchase I'm rating this a five because I do feel that this does help mental focus and clearity. There are a few things to note... I absolutely had the headaches for a couple weeks when I started them. I started off with one a day and then two. I felt that it was helping so I was comfortable with two a day. I have been supplementing magnesium for years, and I tried this one out because I was looking for one that would increase memory and focus. I absolutely believe this form does that. However, I quickly noticed that the muscle cramps and anxiety I had before I started magnesium supplemention originally began to return when I stoped the other forms of magnesium I had been taking. So this supplement is great if your looking for just the mental improvements. Would not recommend if you take magnesium to ease muscle cramping and anxiety.

I assumed that it was going to be like Natural Calm or another magnesium supplement July 19, 2018 Verified Purchase If you've tried magnesium in the past and were not impressed... do not assume this is going to be just another magnesium! I assumed that it was going to be like Natural Calm or another magnesium supplement. Once I started taking it, I didn't connect how much it was affecting me. I started with 1 at night and went to 2 and quickly went to 3. Big mistake. I was sleepy, spacey, and got weird headaches. I am really sensitive to: aspartame, MSG and caffeine withdrawal so if that is you too, be careful! This is potent stuff!

When I realized it was the MagEnhance that was causing the change, I went back down to 1 a night and that has worked very well for me. I haven't noticed the memory enhancement as much as the sleep enhancement. I tracked my sleep for many years and knew that I didn't get a lot of deep sleep. I tried so many things to get more deep sleep. Now I can say I've almost doubled my deep sleep time. Dreams are vivid, and I wake up more refreshed than before. That alone makes it worth it. It's certainly effective, and I highly recommend it as long as you know it is potent and can have side effects if you take too much.
