BOSS GP SERIES 2017 Season BOSS GP SERIES 2017 Season Europe’s fastest FIA Racing Series The Series The abbreviation BOSS stands for Big Open Single Seaters, which means that all race cars from former Formula 1 to GP2, IndyCar, World Series by Renault and other powerful, fast and noisy Formula vehicles are allowed to participate, making BOSS GP the fastest racing series in Europe. BOSS GP is an officially FIA recognised International Racing Series, which consists of the so called ‘OPEN’ Class and the ‘FORMULA’ Class, who crown separate champions at the end of the year. The Cars BOSS GP allows all powerful, fast and noisy Formula cars to enter the championship. This includes former Formula 1 cars (e.g. Toro Rosso STR1, Jaguar R5 F1, Benetton B197), IndyCars (e.g. Panoz DP01), GP2 (Dallara), Superleague Formula (Panoz DP09), AutoGP (Lola B05/52) and many more. In the 2016 championship season, the minimum grid had 22 cars, while the maximum was 30 cars on the Peroni Race Weekend at the Autodromo Nazionale di Monza. Most race weekends take place in Germany, Italy and the Benelux. 100 Also, the Automotodrom Brno (Czech 50 Republic) and the Red Bull Ring (Austria) are regulars. 0 Longest Races (kms) The most popular event are the Gamma Racing Days in Assen (Netherlands), where Brno Imola Assen Monza up to 120,000 fans come to the track to Spielberg watch the races. Hockenheim The Circuits The Drivers Originally an all-gentleman driver series, BOSS GP has become more and more popular over the years and is now well frequented by talented youngsters, crossing swords with the veterans. This includes drivers from the GP3 Series, the AutoGP, IndyLights, Formula Renault, Euroformula Open, etc. BOSS GP is very proud to also present former Formula One stars on some racing weekends. Fernando Alonso’s first F1 team mate Tarso Marques, for example, competed in Imola in 2016. At the season highlight in Assen, more than 120,000 turned out to see BOSS GP, and the series also disposes of a large fanbase on its social media channels. The Fanbase Gender Fans Age Fans 18-24 Male 25-34 Female 35-44 45-54 BOSS GP fans are predominantly male Nationality Fans and between 25-34 years of age. Most of Germany them are long-time motor racing fans, Austria who like this series because of its strong Netherlands bond to the traditions of the sport. Other The Fanbase The Media In 2016, BOSS GP has engaged a professional agency to increase its overall media output. This season, over 500 articles in 156 different magazines from 28 countries were published on BOSS GP. 10 TV stations brought reports on this year’s championship season. The media reach of the reports reached nearly 10 million readers, pushing the QI media value of the series to EUR 9.75 million for the 2016 season. Një nga problemet e shumta për mjedisin dhe klimën, që vjen si pasojë e garave të Formula 1 është çlirimi i dioksidit të karbonit nga djegia e karburantit për një garë, e cila nuk sjell asnjë të mirë materiale për njerëzit. Kjo djegie karburanti nuk është e domosdoshme si ajo e traktorit, që punon tokën për ta mbjellur, apo e autobusit, që transporton pasagjerë nevojtarë nga një vend në një tjetër. Sipas Uikipedias një makinë e zakonshme e garës Formula 1 djeg 75 litra karburant për 100 km të përshkuara. Pra 0.75 litra karburant të djegur, lëshojnë rreth 1737 gram dioksid karboni për një kilometër, sasi kjo që është pothuajse nëntë herë më shumë se sasia e dioksidit të karbonit që lëshojnë makinat normale. 1 Dhe gjatë një sezoni garash, ku përdoren afërsisht 100,000 litra karburant, i takon të prodhohet 231 ton dioksid karboni për çdo makinë.

    Porsche 919 Hybrid Return to top-level sport Porsche is making its comeback to the top-level motorsport arena: with the new 919 Hybrid the sports car brand is sending a platform for pioneering technology to the top category of the FIA World Endurance Championship (WEC) with the undisputed seasonal highlight of the 24-hour Le Mans race. Porsche's reputation precedes it at this venue: with 16 overall victories under its belt, the brand holds the record for this, the most famous endurance race in the world. In 2014 Porsche is returning to the top-level class endurance race after a 16-year absence - namely Le Mans Prototypes (LMP1). Matthias Müller, Chairman of the Executive Board of Porsche AG explains: "The new and revolutionary efficiency regulations for this class were what prompted us to take this step. In 2014 it is not going to be the fastest contender who is going to win the sports car world championship and Le Mans, but the car that gets furthest with the defined amount of energy. And it is precisely this challenge that the automotive industry has to face. The 919 Hybrid is like a high speed research laboratory and the most complex racing car Porsche has ever built." The new WEC regulations for the LMP1 racing car gives engineers an unusual amount of leeway and demands pioneering technology, such as hybridisation, downsizing engines and consistent lightweight construction. This is all particularly relevant for the development of future generations of factory-spec sports cars.     Megjelent az Autósport és Formula Magazin májusi száma Megjelent az Autósport és Formula Magazin (AFM) legfrissebb száma, mely tartalmazza az F1 Racing, a világ vezető F1-es magazinjának legérdekesebb cikkeit. Megtalálható benne tovább a rali, a motorozás, és szinte az összes hazai és nemzetközi autó- és motorsportokkal kapcsolatos hír, információ – érdekes háttéranyagokkal fűszerezve. A lap ráadásul most minden eddiginél bővebb tartalommal, 148 oldalon került az újságárusokhoz. Nem lehet elsiklani a tény mellett, hogy idén valószínűleg Webber lehet a legkomolyabb kihívója saját csapattársának, Vettelnek, és az élmezőnyhöz tartozó három másik istállónál is ez a helyzet: a csapattárs a legnagyobb konkurens. A Red Bull, a McLaren, a Ferrari és a Mercedes GP is megtartotta előző évi párosát, így borítékolható, hogy a négy egylet versenyzői a világbajnoki küzdelmen kívül csapaton belül is hatalmas harcot fognak vívni egymással, hiszen senki nem akar második számú pilóta lenni – legalább is, ha jók a magazin információi, melyet címlapsztorijában oszt meg olvasóival. Jarno Trulli idén kezdte meg 15. idényét a száguldó cirkusz mezőnyének tagjaként. Nem sokan mondhatják el magukról, hogy ilyen hosszú időt töltöttek el az elit kategória meghatározó személyeként. A talján versenyzőt szinte mindenki szereti a mezőnyben, de a tiszteletet még azok is megadják neki, akik nem kedvelik. Összesen hat csapat alkalmazásában állt eddig, 234 nagydíjon indult el, de még koránt sem érzi magát öregnek. A Lotus versenyzője egy hosszú interjú keretein belül mesél bukósisakja festéséről, legemlékezetesebb versenyeiről, karrierje lezárását követő terveiről, civil életéről és még sok érdekes témáról. A lap egy másik érdekes cikkben azt boncolgatja, hogy mi történik akkor, mikor egy amúgy nyugodt versenyző kijön a béketűrésből és elveszti a fejét.
