The children at DAC used to get an opportunity to perform a variety of art in front of the public. The applause and appreciation that they used to receive from people greatly contributed to their intellectual and emotional growth. However, the COVID pandemic has resulted in a drop in visitors and live performances.

Consequently, DAC decided to conduct the shows at the venue in Trivandrum and telecast them through online platforms for audiences across the globe. This special talent show series named as Vismaya Saanthwanam (The Magic of benevolence) and Magic beyond borders, is led by Gopinath Muthukad and a group of children from Different Art Centre.

Several shows in the series have already been conducted for the Americas, Middle East and Asia Pacific. While adjusting to the post COVID new normal life, the online events made the children realise that they had a global audience. The series is aimed at spreading awareness in the society about the plight of differently abled children and their families.

Another objective is to reach out to benefactors who would be interested in associating with the Universal Magic Centre, which is under construction.
