THE GRANDE DAME PAYS HOMAGE TO THE PEARL OF THE ORIENT WITH CLASSIC -INSPIRED CUISINE

Paying homage to this truly unique city, the Grande Dame is delighted to present a sensual journey through Hong Kong. Guests can share our deep passion for the city we call home by savouring Hong Kong-inspired gourmet delights reinvented with an imaginative touch at Felix.

Felix, the hotel’s award-winning contemporary European and bar on the 28/F with stunning views of Hong Kong Island and Kowloon, takes guests on a gastronomic journey to rediscover the roots of the Pearl of the Orient and its celebrated dishes with a six-course Felix Experience menu. Inventive twists on local staples begin with black truffle chicken soup and the crispy chicken feet. The odyssey continues with Scallop “Cheong Fun”, XO Beurre Blanc, cabbage and mushrooms, a new take on the famous , and Eggplant Sichuan style, pan-fried foie gras, crispy Panko, symbolising Hong Kong’s timeless meeting of cultures.

Diners who enjoy mains that are light on the palate will adore the subtly flavoured Sautéed abalone, creamy Venere Rice, fennel and salicornia. Connoisseurs of bolder creations may be tempted by Iberian pork “”, coconut rice, broccolini and coriander cress. Rounding off this gastronomic tour into the heart of Hong Kong is “Nai Char” cheesecake, a creamy delight drawing inspiration from the city’s much-loved signature beverage found in Cha Chaan Teng.

To enhance the Hong Kong-Inspired Felix Experience Menu, the house mixologist will pair each dish with alluring cocktails infused with popular local , such as Tie Guan Yin, Pu’Er, ice and , at a surcharge.
