In addition, upon mutual agreement, delivery locations may be expanded per the “Extension of Use” clause. PRICE AND DELIVERY TERMS: Prices also include all transportation costs, vehicle preparation and clean-up charges, and DMV inspection fee. Prices are firm for the entire contract period. Prices for options and accessory equipment not mentioned in the contract shall not exceed the Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (MSRP). The vehicle manufacturer’s OEM option pricing may be incorporated as part of this solicitation when a discount off MSRP is provided for factory supplied options. The vehicle and its associated equipment shall be in accordance with manufacturer’s current standard data book specifications, requirements, recommendations and options and shall conform to all Federal, and State Regulations in effect at the time of delivery. Prices are subject to decrease by the amount of any general decrease in the wholesale prices established by the manufacturer, by deducting from the contract price the difference between the established manufacturer’s wholesale prices on the date of bid opening and the established manufacturer’s wholesale prices on the date the equipment is shipped from the factory. It discusses air quality improvement actions by state- and federal-level regulators and summarizes vehicle design, development, and commercialization activities by all major engine, automotive, and school bus manufacturers. It also examines Washington's school bus fleet and recommends actions to ensure the emissions-reduction benefits gained from purchasing and operating clean-burning vehicles. It is recommended that the state:(1) establish safety standards controlling the use of alternative fuels;(2) support the office of Superintendent of Public Instruction's (SPI) current development of minimum gaseous fuel specifications for school buses;(3) monitor original equipment manufacturers' activities; (4) support after-market conversions under specific conditions; and (5) establish a framework for future alternative fuel use.     Ventura County Electric Vehicle Ready Blueprint Prepared by: VCREA, Community Environmental Council, and EV Alliance Funded by the EV Ready Communities Challenge Grant from the California Energy Commission July 2019 Executive Summary and Document Guide The Ventura County Electric Vehicle Ready Blueprint is intended to accelerate and support electric vehicle and charging infrastructure deployment throughout Ventura County. Development of the Blueprint was funded by a competitive grant award from the California Energy Commission. The project team of Ventura County Regional Energy Alliance, Community Environmental Council, and EV Alliance has collaboratively developed the Blueprint framework to spur rapid adoption of electric vehicles in the region, in alignment with the State of California’s goal to deploy 5 million Zero Emission Vehicles by 2030. Electric vehicles are a truly transformative technology, as they emit zero tailpipe emissions, reduce greenhouse gas emissions by about 70 percent per mile compared to a gasoline vehicle (up to 100 percent for the many parts of Ventura County that utilize 100 percent clean energy), and achieve over 100 miles per gallon equivalent, allowing fueling costs as low as $1.50 per gallon equivalent. As transportation makes up about half of Ventura County’s greenhouse gas emissions, transitioning to zero emission vehicles is an urgent and critical element of local climate action. The vision for the Ventura County Blueprint is to develop replicable models for statewide transportation electrification that will make electric vehicles and other clean mobility options fully accessible to everyone in our communities. The Blueprint’s comprehensive recommendations are intended to help local policymakers and community and business stakeholders take bold action to further accelerate the adoption of electric vehicles and expand access to charging infrastructure.

No material can be removed until payment is received in full for all lots purchased or good funds are verified by the Auctioneer. 1. All purchases must be paid in full by Monday June 18th, 2018 and no partial payments will be accepted. 2. Failure to remove all purchases by the end of the seven day load-out period ending on June 23, 2018 will be considered a material breach of agreement of sale, entitling 1stStrike to all rights provided by law or the attached terms and conditions of sale. 3. A non-refundable storage fee of $100 per day, per lot will be charged to the buyer for all remaining materials, beginning 12:01 am, June 24th, 2018. 1stStrike, without prejudice, will cancel all sales and reclaim title to any and all materials still remaining on their premises after 12:01 am, June 29th, 2018.
