From competing among the best in the nation to exploring Baltimore, this remarkable conference would not have been possible without you. As we turn to our next membership year, it’s time to unite around a set of ambitious goals. In July, your national officer team met in Reston, Virginia to lay out our plan for the upcoming year. You can visit our Program of Work under the National Officer’s page onfbla.org . This year, we plan to increase communications with local chapters, expand our resources library, and enhance opportunities for our members. We have already launched numerous initiatives to help our incredible membership reach their potential. Check out our national social media accounts to find out more about these new initiatives. As national officers, we value your feedback and your ideas for new initiatives. That is why we are so excited to relaunch the FBLA Innovation Center. The Innovation Center (ideas.fbla-pbl.org) is an online platform where members can submit new ideas or vote on existing ideas to help FBLA improve. This audit covered the period July 1, 2013 through June 30, 2017, except as otherwise indicated in the audit scope, objective, and methodology section of the report. The audit was conducted pursuant to Sections 402 and 403 of The Fiscal Code (72 P.S. §§ 402 and 403), and in accordance with the Government Auditing Standards issued by the Comptroller General of the United States. Those standards require that we plan and perform the audit to obtain sufficient, appropriate evidence to provide a reasonable basis for our findings and conclusions based on our audit objectives. We believe that the evidence obtained provides a reasonable basis for our findings and conclusions based on our audit objectives. Our audit found that the District complied, in all significant respects, with relevant requirements, except as detailed in our two findings noted in this audit report. A summary of the results is presented in the Executive Summary section of the audit report. We also evaluated the application of best practices in the area of school safety. Due to the sensitive nature of this issue and the need for the results of this review to be confidential, we did not include the results in this report.

This Course Guide has been prepared to guide and assist all students and their parents in the choice of courses for the 2020-2021 academic year. The advice of parents, teachers, and counselors should be utilized when choosing courses in order to ensure that students are properly placed to maximize the achievement of their abilities and talents and to prepare for their future. Students should not simply choose courses to meet requirements; rather they should take maximum advantage of the programs offered at Easton Area High School including: Advanced Placement, Honors, College Preparatory in all academic and some elective courses; Tech Prep Programs; Career Institute of Technology; and Diversified Occupations. Graduation Requirements Easton Area High School requires all students to earn 24.50 units between grades 9 and 12 to be awarded a diploma. Awards in the amount of $6,000 are being made to 101 teachers, 16 principals, and their schools, and $10,000 scholarships will be given to 200 graduating high school students. Excellence Scholarship recipients have demonstrated excellence in the academic arena and high motivation to achieve, have displayed a broad range of activity and leadership outside the academic setting, and have shown strong promise for succeeding in college and beyond.     Reward Schools 2017 Pursuant to Ark. Code Ann. §6-15-2107, the Arkansas School Recognition Program was created to provide financial awards to public schools that experience high student performance, student academic growth, and for secondary schools, high graduation rate. Ark. Code Ann. §6-15-2107 authorizes rewards in an amount up to $100 per student who attends a public school or public charter school in the top 5% of all Arkansas public schools in student performance or student academic growth, which includes high school graduation rates for secondary schools under criteria set forth by rule of the State Board of Education. Up to $50 per student enrolled is awarded to public schools or public charter schools between the top 5% and the next 5% (schools in the top 6-10%) of all public schools in Arkansas in student performance or student academic growth, which includes high school graduation rates for secondary schools under criteria set forth by rule of the State Board of Education.
