The EIA Report addresses the probable environmental impacts due to this project and proposes mitigation measures for the same. The EIA Report is prepared, based on the Standard ToR given in Environmental Impact Assessment Guidance Manual for building construction, townships and area development projects by MoEF & CC and as per Annexure A i.e. general ToR points given by SEAC-2, Maharashtra for construction projects.
