Its magazine with the same name has contents similar to what we are looking for, such as interviews with key people in the industry. But its target group is different, and its circulation is much smaller. If other publishers can share material, why can’t FKG and Automo- tive Sweden? We have begun doing that with little overlapping but big cost advantages. Automotive Swedens magazine has both an English and a Swedish version. The organisation also has a newsletter, available on FKG’s website. We will also take actions to stimulate advertising, and we’ll review the distribution of our magazine. While “Fordonskomponenten” is back, “The Vehicle Component” stays. There will be one Swedish and one English version. We continue our talks with Automotive Sweden about a deeper cooperation. Is there room for two magazines of this kind? What could we gain from merging them into one? Currently only questions, but we intend to answer them after the summer. 6 0 - 0 1 d a t s å B , - we supply demanding customers t e g a Svenåke Berglie l o Ekenäs Industriområde, SE-574 91 Vetlanda B Managing Director FKG - m a l Tel +46(0)383-345 00 • Fax +46(0)383-304 17 k e Scandinavian Automotive Suppliers www.ekenasmekaniska.se R [email protected] THE VEHICLE COMPONENT 3/10 5 Supporting safe and green technology “We now have about 60 applications.
