Produced in the JiangSu Province, DongTing lake area. The tea is made from the very fine tips of the tea leaves using a traditional and highly skillful process. The tender tea leaves are so fine that 0.5kg of the dry tea can contains up to 60,000 - 70,000 tea leaves. The dry tea leaves have a spiral shape covered by the very fine white down - the result of dried tender tip leaves.
