The Ultimate Book of Bathroom Etiquette and Humor 13 0842-GLAN Introduction There are many books on the market designed to give bathroom users a few laughs, or a lot of arcane facts, while they are passing their time, among other things. But there really are very few books that speak about the bathroom itself. And, still fewer if any, are the books that address Bathroom Etiquette in an enjoyable, yet instructive way. That is the main goal of this book. Justification Yes, but why am I the person who should write such a book? Admittedly, I have never been mistaken for Miss Man- ners, or even Mr. Manners, for that matter. In fact, as you read this book, you may see me as sort of a cross between Ann Landers and Howard Stern’s Fartman: possibly a deadly combination. But in reality, I am just a regular guy who may be a little more attuned than the next guy or gal to the pleasures of a positive bathroom experi- 0842-GLAN 16 LARRY A. Wednesday Addams, the ultimate princess of darkness, has grown up and fallen in love with Lucas Beineke, a sweet, smart young man from a respectable family – a man her parents (Mal and Alice) have never met. And if that weren’t upsetting enough, Wednesday confides in her father and begs him not to tell her mother. Now, Gomez Addams must do something he’s never done before – keep a secret from his beloved wife, Morticia. Meanwhile, Fester will not allow the Family Ancestors back into the crypt until love triumphs. Things get worse when the rest of the household (Grandma, Lurch, Pugsley) get involved in a “Full Disclosure” of more zany misadventures. • “They'reCreepy and They're Kooky Mysterious and Spooky They're All
By Ursine the Mad Bear and SJ-Chan Version 21.4 “They're creepy and they're kooky Mysterious and spooky They're all together ooky The Addams family.” So, for the next ten years, you are living in a world that seems normal, with the exception of the titular clan and their associates. You can choose to be part of the family from the show, or start your own branch. Take these +1000 Choice Points and have fun. AGE AND GENDER You can choose your age and gender as you wish, as long as it fits with your Origin. LOCATION Your starting location is up to you, as appropriate for your Origin and identity, though I suggest the Addams Family mansion. It has its own graveyard and quicksand! ORIGINS The Addams are often quite different from each other. The only real constant is that they are devoted to their family. So, who do you take after? GOTHIC ROMANTIC Suave, charming, elegant and with a soul darker than midnight, you are the more civilized and subtle side of the Addams. As civilized and subtle as they get, anyway. CREEPAZOID Manic, morbid and stupendously strange, so-called ‘normal’ people may think you a monster, but your family knows you are just an Addams. EXTENDED FAMILY The Addams clan is extensive and full of unique individuals, of which you are one. Don’t let it worry you, no Addams is ever truly alone. NORMAL Maybe you aren’t an Addams after all. Or maybe you are their weird freaky cousin that just isn’t like the rest… you might even pass for (gasp) normal! Don’t worry, they will still love you.
