Procedures for Cast Member Orders at Disneyshopping Welcome to the DisneyStore.com Cast Member information page! We've made it easier than ever for you to buy your favorite Disney gifts online and to get your cast discount at the same time. The new DisneyStore.com offers better navigation, more gifts and a quicker check-out than ever before. Before you get started Non–registered Cast Members must have their Portal log in ID and PERNR number to register as a Cast Member. If your PERNR number is 6 digits long, please add two zeros at the beginning eg###### would be 00######. This information can be found by logging in to the Portal. If you aren’t sure where to find this information, please contact your HR Generalist for assistance. Registered Cast Members need to have their Member name and password to log in and receive their discount. Cast Member orders must be placed online at DisneyStore.com or DisneyOutlet.com. No phone orders, mail orders or faxed orders will be accepted. The billing information must appear in the Cast Member’s name. Gift cards are accepted, but all orders require a credit card number. To receive your Cast Member discount at DisneyStore.com, you must be registered at DisneyStore.com or any of The Walt Disney Company family of businesses. Not Registered? (i.e., If DisneyStore.com has a 25% off site wide offer; Cast Members must select either their Cast Member discount OR the site wide offer, but not both). How to Register as a Cast Member and Apply Discount New Cast Member Registration New member registration is for a Cast Member who has never registered at DisneyStore.com. 1. Go to http://www.disneystore.com/cast 2. Click on the “Register” button on the right side of the banner. 3. Fill out all required fields and check the “Cast Member” box and click the “Sign Up” button. 4. On the Account Registration page, click ’Member Sign In” to log in with your account ID. 5. Select “Member Profile” to change your account settings. 6. Verify your Cast Member Information by entering your Personnel ID (8-digit PERNR #) and SAP Portal ID and click “Submit”. 6. After you receive a confirmation email, log in and you will be greeted as a Cast Member. On the DisneyStore.com home page, you will see a message similar to “Yippee! Hi <YOUR_NAME>! We’ll be sure to include your Cast Member discount!” This is confirmation that you are now registered on DisneyStore.com as a Cast Member. Your Cast Member discount will be applied automatically to eligible items in your cart! 2 Previously Registered Cast Member A previously registered member is someone who has already registered at DisneyStore.com. 1. Go to http://www.disneystore.com/ 2. Click on the “Sign In or Sign Up” link at the top (next to the search field) then click on “My Account” and then select “Member Profile” from the drop down. 3. Enter your Member Name and Password and click the “Log in” button 4. Scroll down to the bottom of the page you’re on and click the “Account Info” link under the “My Account” button 5. Once on the Account Information Menu page, click on Select “Member Profile” to change your account settings. 6. On the Update Member Profile page fill out any extra information you’d like, check the Cast Member checkbox and enter your current log in password then click the “Update Member Profile” button at the bottom 7. If you haven’t already done so, you’ll want to create a billing and shipping address. To do so, near the top of the page, click on the “Address Book” link 8. Once you’ve created your Default Billing Address and Default Shipping Address (yes you can add more shipping addresses), scroll down and click the “Back to Shopping” button then click on the shopping cart icon towards the top right of the page 9. On the DisneyStore.com home page, you will see a message similar to “Yippee! Hi <YOUR_NAME>! We’ll be sure to include your Cast Member discount!” This is confirmation that you are now registered on DisneyStore.com as a Cast Member. Your Cast Member discount will be applied automatically to eligible items in your cart! On your next visit to DisneyStore.com be sure to log in before you start shopping to receive your automatically applied Cast Member discount. Need Help? If you do not know your Personnel ID (PERNR/SAP number), then follow the steps below. Place your order online at DisneyStore.com Then fax or mail a clear, legible copy of your Retired Cast Member ID, both front and back, along with your Order Number to the following address: The Disney Store Guest Support Center P.O.
