Before you get started  Non–registered Cast Members must have their Portal log in ID and PERNR number to register as a Cast Member. If your PERNR number is 6 digits long, please add two zeros at the beginning eg###### would be 00######. This information can be found by logging in to the Portal. If you aren’t sure where to find this information, please contact your HR Generalist for assistance.  Registered Cast Members need to have their Member name and password to log in and receive their discount.  Cast Member orders must be placed online at DisneyStore.com or DisneyOutlet.com. No phone orders, mail orders or faxed orders will be accepted.  The billing information must appear in the Cast Member’s name.  Gift cards are accepted, but all orders require a credit card number.  To receive your Cast Member discount at DisneyStore.com, you must be registered at DisneyStore.com or any of The Company family of businesses.

Discount Information  Cast Members may only apply one discount or promotion per order. (i.e., If DisneyStore.com has a 25% off site wide offer; Cast Members must select either their Cast Member discount OR the site wide offer, but not both).  Once logged in, your discount will automatically apply to all eligible items in your Shopping Cart. Scroll to the bottom of the Shopping Cart to see your discount noted.  Discount levels will be applied as indicated in SAP and/or as noted on your Cast Member ID. Discounts most commonly received are 35% (i.e., regular salaried full time, ongoing salaried part-time, and hourly full time or part time with more than 3 year of service) and 20% (i.e., limited salaried or hourly part-time, hourly full time or part time with less than 3 year of service, and bargaining unit employees).  A 10% discount applies to all Disney Blu-ray, DVDs, videos, video Games, Pins, Electronics, Disney on Broadway merchandise, Music, CD-ROMS, CDs, books, Create Your Own products, Art & Collectibles (excluding select Snow Globes), Fine Décor & Accents, Vinyl Figures, Thomas Kinkade, animation art, Swarovski, Dept 56, Enesco mini busts, Jim Shore, Olszewski, Lenox®, Precious Moments, Walt Disney Classics Collection merchandise, Walt Disney Collectors Society, , Disney on Broadway, D23 Collectibles and pins, Limited Edition items and Walt Disney Collector’s Society memberships regardless of your discount type. Your Type A or Type B discount does not apply to D23 Gold Memberships and Renewals, D23 Gold Gift Memberships and Renewals, Shipping & Handling charges, personalization charges, Disney Gift Cards, gift wrap and gift boxes or sales tax.  Restaurants and gift shops located on Walt Disney Property but not owned by the Company are not eligible for Cast Member discounts.  Sale price adjustments are not applicable to Cast Member orders.

How to Register as a Cast Member and Apply Discount

New Cast Member Registration New member registration is for a Cast Member who has never registered at DisneyStore.com.

1. Go to http://www.disneystore.com/cast

2. Click on the “Register” button on the right side of the banner.

3. Fill out all required fields and check the “Cast Member” box and click the “Sign Up” button.

4. On the Account Registration page, click ’Member Sign In” to log in with your account ID.

5. Select “Member Profile” to change your account settings.

6. Verify your Cast Member Information by entering your Personnel ID (8-digit PERNR #) and SAP Portal ID and click “Submit”.

6. After you receive a confirmation email, log in and you will be greeted as a Cast Member. On the DisneyStore.com home page, you will see a message similar to “Yippee! Hi ! We’ll be sure to include your Cast Member discount!” This is confirmation that you are now registered on DisneyStore.com as a Cast Member. Your Cast Member discount will be applied automatically to eligible items in your cart!

Previously Registered Cast Member A previously registered member is someone who has already registered at DisneyStore.com.

1. Go to http://www.disneystore.com/

2. Click on the “Sign In or Sign Up” link at the top (next to the search field) then click on “My Account” and then select “Member Profile” from the drop down.

3. Enter your Member Name and Password and click the “Log in” button

4. Scroll down to the bottom of the page you’re on and click the “Account Info” link under the “My Account” button

5. Once on the Account Information Menu page, click on Select “Member Profile” to change your account settings.

6. On the Update Member Profile page fill out any extra information you’d like, check the Cast Member checkbox and enter your current log in password then click the “Update Member Profile” button at the bottom

7. If you haven’t already done so, you’ll want to create a billing and shipping address. To do so, near the top of the page, click on the “Address Book” link

8. Once you’ve created your Default Billing Address and Default Shipping Address (yes you can add more shipping addresses), scroll down and click the “Back to Shopping” button then click on the shopping cart icon towards the top right of the page

9. On the DisneyStore.com home page, you will see a message similar to “Yippee! Hi ! We’ll be sure to include your Cast Member discount!” This is confirmation that you are now registered on DisneyStore.com as a Cast Member. Your Cast Member discount will be applied automatically to eligible items in your cart!

On your next visit to DisneyStore.com be sure to log in before you start shopping to receive your automatically applied Cast Member discount.

o Once your employment is verified, the applicable discount will be credited to the credit card used when you placed your order. o PLEASE NOTE: Your credit card will be charged the full amount of the order. A credit will be applied once your email is received and your information is validated. o Contact your HR generalist to ensure that you are properly coded in SAP to avoid future problems.

Retired Cast Members

If you are a retired Cast Member and know your Personnel ID (PERNR/SAP number), just follow the Cast Member registration instructions.

If you do not know your Personnel ID (PERNR/SAP number), then follow the steps below.  Place your order online at DisneyStore.com  Then fax or mail a clear, legible copy of your Retired Cast Member ID, both front and back, along with your Order Number to the following address: The Guest Support Center P.O. Box 30607 Memphis, TN 38130 FAX: 901-433-2018  Once your fax is received and your information verified, your Retired Cast Member status will be noted on your account.  Future orders can then be placed online and an email must be sent to [email protected] with your order information and a request to apply your applicable discount.  PLEASE NOTE: Your credit card may be charged the full amount of the order. A credit will be applied once your email is received and your information is validated.

Pixar Cast Members

Pixar Cast Member information has not yet been added to the SAP system, so Cast Member registration is not available at this time. Please follow the instructions below to apply your Cast Member discount:  Place your order online at DisneyStore.com  Send a clear, legible copy of your Pixar Cast Member ID, both front and back, along with your Order Number to [email protected]

Or

 Fax a clear, legible copy of your Pixar Cast Member ID, both front and back, along with your Order Number to 901-433-2018

Once your order and copy of your ID are received and your information verified, your Pixar Cast Member status will be noted on your account.  Future orders can then be placed online and an email must be sent to [email protected] with your order information and a request to apply your applicable discount.  PLEASE NOTE: Your credit card may be charged the full amount of the order. A credit will be applied once your email is received and your information is validated.  ALSO NOTE: A current copy of your ID must be faxed each year.
