Bids must be published/downloaded online 11:00 AM on 08.07.2021 and submitted online through UPPWD e-tender website http:/etender.up.nic.in on or before 4:00 PM on dated 14.07.2021 and the technical bids will be opened online date 15.07.2021 at 11:00 AM and Financial bids of the qualified bidders will be opened on date & time as notified. According to the provisions of Government Order no. 1/2018/3070/78-2-2018/42 IT/2017 (22) Dated 03- 01-2018 after opening of the technical and financial bids, the bidder has to submit original documents personally in department/ office. In the event of non submission of original documents by the bidder, the appropriate action will be taken in accordance with the provisions of G.O. Govt Order No. 879/23-7-2020-176(lk0½@06Date 25.08.2020 is applicable and Contractor has to submit the bid on Prahari App also for which the link is available on www.roc.uppwd.gov.in
