Five Year Capital Outlay Plans are required annually from universities, community colleges and state agencies per the Management and Budget Act, Public Act 431 of 1984, Section 242, as amended. The FY 2020 plans cover the planning period of FY 2020 - FY 2024. Institutions and state agencies are to post their Five-Year Capital Outlay Plans in searchable electronic format on a publically viewable location on their internet site. The plans are to be archived on the site for a period of no less than three years. Any technical questions regarding the links should be direct to the specific entity.
