LHS Contract Drum Major Competition

Student’s electing to compete in Drum Major Competitions will be issued either their Marching Band Uniform or a Marching Band Uniform specifically for the use of Drum Major Competitions. Student is responsible for all assigned uniform parts and maintenance (Dry Cleaning) of this uniform. Student will be responsible for replacement cost of any uniform part damaged while in the possession of the student. A uniform contract must be completed and returned prior to a uniform being issued. The uniform will be returned by April in the condition it was issued. This means if the student received this only for Drum Major competitions, then the uniform and all its parts is to be cleaned prior to returning. If the student received their original Marching Band uniform, and it was in clean condition, it needs to be returned in that same condition. Notes of any uniform issues will be written in at the bottom of this contract and initialed by both the Uniform Parent and the student.

Uniforms Students are required to wear a short­sleeved T­shirt under their . This protects the uniform from perspiration damage. Shirts must have sleeves. Shoes are loaned from the band.

General Discipline Students will not eat or drink in uniform. Students may not sit or kneel in uniform. Students will hang uniforms properly on hanger provided. Students may not wear makeup.
