USC has won its fi rst three games of the 2019- 11/19 Pepperdine 6:00 p.m. 20 season by 11 or more points. The Trojans were 2-9 in road games last season. ----------------------------- Nevada is 44-3 in its last 47 home games. 1/2 at Washington State 7:30 p.m. SENIORS LEAD USC OVER SOUTH DAKOTA STATE -- Nick Rakocevic posted a 1/5 at Washington 7:00 p.m. double-double and he and fellow senior Jonah Mathews surpassed the 1,000 career points 1/11 at UCLA 7:00 p.m. scored mark during USC’s 84-66 win over South Dakota State at the Galen Center on Nov. 12. 1/16 California 7:30 p.m. Rakocevic matched a career high with 27 points and added 16 rebounds for his 21st career 1/18 Stanford 3:30 p.m. double-double. Mathews made 3 3-pointers and fi nished with 14 points, scoring his 1,000th 1/23 at Oregon 8:00 p.m. career point with a jumper at the 12:38 mark of the second half. Just under 4 minutes later, 1/25 at Oregon State 2:00 p.m. Rakocevic hit a pair of FTs to surpass 1,000 career points. Okongwu’s 52 points 2/29 Arizona State 5:00 p.m. scored are the most by a Trojan freshman in his fi rst three games since O.J. Pepperdine will play at Abilene Christian on 2019 Pac-12 Tournament (Las Vegas, Nev.) Nov. 16 before facing the Trojans. The Waves have four players scoring in double fi gures, led 3/11 First Round by sophomore forward Kessler Edwards at 18.7 points per game. USC leads the all-time series 3/12 Quarterfi nals with Pepperdine 5-2, winning the last meeting 93-67 on Dec. 11, 2016. 3/13 Semifi nals 3/14 Finals MATHEWS & RAKOCEVIC SHARING SENIOR SUCCESS - USC senior guard Jonah 2020 NCAA Tournament Mathews (1,009 career points) and senior forward Nick Rakocevic (1,007 career points) both surpassed 1,000 career points scored in the game vs. South Dakota State on Nov. 12. They 3/17-18 First Four became the 41st and 42nd Trojans to register 1,000 or more career points in a USC uniform and 3/19-22 First and Second Rounds became the fi rst pair of Trojans to accomplish the feat in the same game since Don Carfi no and 3/26-29 Regional Semifi nals & Finals Purvis Miller vs. Oregon in 1980. Rakocevic also has 692 career rebounds which ranks 15th on 4/4, 4/6 Final Four, Championship (Atlanta, Ga.) USC’s all-time list and 12th among active NCAA men’s basketball players. He also has 21 career double-doubles which ranks tied for 15th among active players. Results came immediately with the Trojans setting the school single-season USC INFORMATION win record and the most wins over a two-year, three-year and four-year period over the last four seasons.
