Spirits such as French Brandy (eaux-de-vie), Whisk(e)y, Vodka and Aquavit from Norway all take their names from the alchemic notion that spirits were an elixir of life. Indeed most spirits were initially taken as medicine. We are a spirits and cocktail bar. Make no bones about it.
