Correctional Facility Transport Service provides transportation from Albany, NY to 25 prisons in New York State. These trips are provided on Saturday’s and Sunday’s according to the schedule below.
Reservations must be made and paid in full a minimum of one (1) week in advance and all ticket fares are non-refundable. Passengers may reschedule their trip once with no penalty, if they reschedule no later than one (1) week prior to their scheduled trip.

Seating is limited to 7 passengers per hub per trip so book early to ensure a seat. Children- Ages 0-10: $10.00 discount; Ages 10-16: $5.00 discount; Ages 17 and up: full adult fare. Curbside pick-up can be arranged for all passengers over 65 years of age. Please request this pick-up option when making your reservation. Departure times will vary depending on what prison passengers are visiting. Due to this passengers will be notified of the departure time two (2) days before the trip. Departure times will be calculated to arrive at your destination facility between 8:00am and 9:30am.
