All entries must be a final copy, please no rough drafts. Comics can be either humorous or political, but please show good taste. Comics must be a consecutive concept, so that it will be able to con- tinue through the three quarter's. Limit entries to no more than 5 consecutive comics, but if possible giye a few choices to judge. Entries can be any shape, but limit the panels to no more than half a page.
