During the initial assessment BSi JCC Joint Consultative Committee concludes that LU04 operations and its supply baes Kg Kilogram (s) comply with the requirements of RSPO Principles & kW Kilo Watt Criteria: 2007 and Malaysia National Interpretation LTI Lost Time Injury(ies) Working Group (MY-NI) Indicators and Guidance: MSDS Material Safety Data Sheets November 2010. MSGAP-OP Malaysian Standard Good During the initial assessment the audit team raised five Agriculture Practices-Oil Palm major nonconformities which need to be addressed and NCR Non Conformance Report closed by the management unit prior to proceed with NGO Non Government Organisation the recommendation for certification. Based on the OER Oil Extraction Rate findings during the initial assessment, the audit team OSH Occupational Safety & Health also raised a concern on compliance of the scheme PCD Pollution Control Device smallholder and the need to carry out a special audit to PMP Pest Management Plan verify the evidence of the close out of the major non POM Palm Oil Mill conformities raised once the management unit is ready. POME Palm Oil Mill Effluent th PPE Personal Protective Equipment A special audit took place on 16-17 July 2012 to verify RSPO Round Table on Sustainable Palm Oil the evidence of the close out of the major SA Social Accountability nonconformities and its implementation on site. Beside SEIA Social and Environment Impact Assessment this, assessment of the palm oil mill against the SCCS SIA Social Impact Assessment elements that related to the incoming FFB, processing, SW Schedule Waste production of CPO and PK was conducted during the TDS Total Dissolved Solid special audit. Furthermore the latest production and TSS Total Suspended Solid hectare data was gathered and audited to ensure the USECHH Use and Standards of Exposure of Chemicals summary report includes the latest data.
