The start of 2019 marked a milestone for the rink, as the facility’s new kitchen was of- ficially unveiled at a community celebration on Jan. 1. It was the first time any changes had been made to the kitchen since the rink was built 50 years ago, and to say the difference is noticeable is an understatement.
