Councillor Pauline Allon was co-opted onto the committee. 1920/044 ITEM 2 - CHAIRMAN’S REMARKS Councillor Jackie Thompson welcomed everyone to the meeting. She would like the committee to consider changing the time of the meeting. No decision was reached. 1920/045 ITEM 3 – APOLOGIES FOR ABSENCE Apologies were received and accepted form Councillor Mark Stidworthy and Councillor Jennifer Souter.
