Locker rooms are available inside the facility. The visiting team bench is located on the north west side of the arena. As a general rule, the Adams Center Arena is held from 7pm-9pm on the day prior to a game for visiting team practice. In the event there is a conflict with an Adams Center event, the estW Auxiliary Gym will be made available. On game days, 11am-12pm is held for visiting team shoot around. Please contact Assistant Coach, Jordan Sullivan or Jay Flores if the above times do not work and we will do our best to make accommodations.

Football Football games are played in Washington-Grizzly Stadium which is adjacent to the Adams Center. Visiting team locker rooms are located inside the Adams Center. The visiting team sideline is located on the west side of the stadium. The visiting coaches booth is located in the Press Box (west side) at the south end (approx. 20 yard line). The scoreboard is located on the south end. Practice on Friday has been reserved from 4:00-5:00 pm. If there is an issue with this time, please contact Chuck Maes to reschedule. Golf In the event the women’s golf team hosts a home tournament, it would be held at the Missoula Country Club or Ranch Club Golf Course.

Soccer Grizzly Soccer matches are played at South Campus Soccer Stadium, located 5 minutes from the Univer- sity of Montana campus. Visiting team practice may be scheduled through Assistant Coach, J. Landham, at (615) 714.0013 or [email protected]. For maps and more information, see pages 9-10.

Softball The Grizzly Softball Field is located next to the South Campus Soccer Stadium, at the corner of Higgins Avenue and South Avenue in Missoula. The Grizzly Softball Field features a state-of-the-art artificial turf playing surface, the only one of its kind in the . 5 EVENT/ FACILITY INFORMATION Tennis Men’s and Women’s tennis matches are played outside at the Lindsay Tennis Center on campus. Volleyball Volleyball matches are held in either the West Auxiliary Gymnasium or Dahlberg Arena in the Adams Cen- ter. Traveling West Bound I-90 1. Take Missoula’s first exit onto Van Buren Street, turn left at the stop sign and merge into the right lane. 2. At the stoplight, turn right onto Broadway Street. 3. Move into the furthest left lane and turn left onto Madison at the stoplight. 4. Driving over the bridge, stay in the left land and veer left at the fork in the road. After the fork, keep left and turn left onto Sixth Street at the stoplight. After making a left, get into the right lane. You will be headed due east and directly in front of you will be the Adams Center. You are now on campus.

Traveling East Bound I-90 1. Take Missoula’s last exit onto Van Buren Street, Exit 105, turn right at the stop sign and merge into the right lane. 2. Follow steps 2-4 above.

From the Missoula County Airport 1. Leaving the airport, turn right onto Broadway Street. 2. Take the first left leading you to the entrance of East Bound 1-90. 3. Follow I-90 and take Missoula’s last exit onto Van Buren Street, turning right at the stop sign. 4. Follow steps 2-4 from above.

From Highway 12 & 93 North 1. Highway 12 and 93 become Brooks Street through Missoula. Follow Brooks Street through Missoula to Higgins Avenue. Brooks merges with Higgins at . 2. Be sure to be in the right lane and turn right onto Sixth Street. 3. Follow Sixth Street six blocks to the entrance of campus.

Tailgate Parties Tailgate parties held in Kirkwood Memorial Grove, River Bowl South, Memorial Row, Campus Drive, Van Buren Street, 5th and 6th Streets and Prescott Lot must be private parties. Permits are obtained through the office of Internal Operations and Events. Please call Sue at, (406) 243.2233.

Small, private tailgate parties (20 people or fewer) may be held in University parking lots and contiguous grassy areas in the immediate vicinity of Washington-Grizzly Stadium only: Lots A, B, C, D, E, F, L, M, M1, N, N1, P, R. T, U, V, W, Y and Z. Tailgate parties may not be held on University streets.

Tailgate parties may begin no earlier than 2 hours before the scheduled start of the game. Consumption of alcohol may not continue beyond kick-off of the second half of the game.

No organization, business or individual may sell, hand out or offer to the general public food, alcohol, non-alcoholic beverages, promotional materials, goods or services on the campus in conjunction with the University of Montana home football games without the consent of Grizzly Athletics.

Single Game Parking Lot P (west half only), W, Y and Z have single game parking available on a limited basis for $5.00.

Parking on 5th and 6th Streets, Van Buren Street, as well as in Lots M, M1 are free.

Accessible Parking/ Services (First come, first served basis) Lots P, W, Y and Z have accessible parking for sale on a single game basis for $5.00. There are accessible parking spaces on 6th Street and Van Buren Street that are free of charge.

SOFTBALL PARKING The Grizzly Softball Field is located off South Avenue, 5 minutes from campus (see map on page 10). Visiting team vehicles may park right outside the complex. For more informaiton, contact Assistant Coach, Sarah O’Brien at [email protected].

TENNIS PARKING Visiting team vans may park near the tennis courts (by the University Center). For weekday parking from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm visiting teams will need a day parking pass. For arrangements, please contact Jason Brown at (406) 243.5410 or Steve Ascher at (406) 370.9436.

Customer Will Call - Football & Basketball • Customer Will Call is located in the Adams Center Box Office. • Please alphabetize your Will Call and have it delivered to the Adams Center Box Office at least 3 1/2 hours prior to kick off. • We require all persons claiming tickets to show a photo ID at the ticket window.

Player Will Call - Football & Basketball • Football player Will Call is located on the west stadium plaza between Washington-Grizzly Stadium and the Adams Center. • Basketball player Will Call is located at a desk to the right of the Box Office. • Please organize your player Pass Gate list in accordance with NCAA ticket policies. • All player Will Call must be delivered to the Adams Center ticket office 3 1/2 hours prior to game time for football and basketball games. Please provide at least two copies of the players’ list. • Players’ guests must show a photo ID and will be checked against the player list. • Please have a representative from your school available to handle any problems that may occur with player Will Call. A name and cell phone number should be provided to the Box Office. • Player Will Call opens 3 hours prior to kick off/tip-off.

The University of Montana’s Rhinehart Athletic Training Center (RATC) is located in the east side of the Adam’s Center (AC), room 250. Locker rooms, administration and all other support services for Athletics are also housed in the AC. The AC also houses the main athletic training facility, it is stocked with almost any modality or supplies you might need. However, if there is something special that you need or have questions about, please contact us and we will try to accommodate you to the best of our abilities. Team physicians will be in attendance or available “on call” for most events.

The normal hours of operation of the RATC are 7:00 am - 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday. These hours are in effect during the academic year. All visiting team use of the RATC must be scheduled. Generally, the RATC is open 2 hours before an event and an hour after an event.

FOOTBALL | Services provided for visiting team: The Montana Head Athletic Trainer will call you during the week of the game to discuss setup and specific needs. The RATC staff will meet you on Friday at your practice and show you around to familiarize you with the facilities. If not, the host athletic training students will meet you on Saturday upon your arrival to assist you as needed. Team physician(s) will be available to help. X-rays will be done at St. Patrick Hospital. We will help arrange transportation to/from either facility and every effort will be made to expedite the process.

Generally, the following will be available in your locker room: - Treatment and taping tables - Hydrocollator moist heat packs - 20 gallons of water and cups - Extra ice, ice bags, ice cups - Biohazard supplies

FOOTBALL SPIRIT SQUAD/MASCOT: Each visiting institution is permitted a maximum of 12 total spirit squad members and one costumed mascot. Each cheerleader, dance team member or mascot shall be admitted into the facility via a Pass Gate list and enter the stadium through the visiting team tunnel, or security table inside the Adams Center. Coaches will receive a sideline credential, which may be requested through their institutions Sports Information Office. Pass list must be submitted to Stacey by Thursday of game week.

Visiting team spirit squad members will cheer on the northwest sideline, in front of the visiting team section (section 103). Members must stay behind the white dotted sideline when the ball is on the 40 yard line, moving towards the north end zone. For information on game protocol, timeouts and safety restrictions, please contact Stacey Richards.

BAND: Please contact Chuck Maes to make arrangements by JUNE 15. Visiting bands will be seated in section 111 and are required to purchase tickets (125 seats held). If contact is made after June 15, there is no guarantee we can accommodate your request.

BASKETBALL SPIRIT SQUAD: Each institution is permitted a maximum of 12 total spirit squad members for basketball games. Members shall be admitted into the game via pass list, which can be emailed to Stacey Richards, two days in advance. Visiting team spirit squads will be at the southest baseline and required to sit throughout the game. The squad may stand to rally for their team upon scoring a basket, but due to limited space and fan seating, standing throughout the entire game is not permitted.
