Reserved Rates (monthly) Summary Statistics > Overall, reserved parking rates in Atlanta’s urban core experienced Urban Submarkets Downtown Midtown Buckhead just a slight decline over last year, modestly decreasing by 0.4%. RESERVED - HIGH $190 $250 $175 This ended a consecutive string of annual increases. The average monthly rate now stands at $149; with the overall low and high RESERVED - LOW $85 $65 $60 remaining steady at $60 and $250 respectively. CODA continues to hold the top spot for the market in reserved parking. This keeps RESERVED - AVG $150 $163 $138 Midtown at the highest reserved parking rate average in the city; however, the submarket did experience a 5% decline in its reserved UNRESERVED - HIGH $160 $175 $115 average this year. Elsewhere, Buckhead had a 5% increase in its reserved average in 2020, leading the Atlanta market. UNRESERVED - LOW $65 $55 $25 Unreserved Rates (monthly) UNRESERVED - AVG $114 $119 $93 > The unreserved parking rate average increased for a fi fth consecutive year, up 0.4% in 2020. Women were leaders in the nurture of the arts to enrich American culture. Here in Atlanta they were a force in the establishment of the Opera, Ballet, and Visual arts. Early efforts to preserve old Atlanta, such as the Leyden Columns and the Wren’s Nest were the initiatives of women. VACANCY - > Year-to-date absorption remains in the red thanks to Anthem’s NET ABSORPTION previously mentioned relocation to Midtown. As of mid-year, - - Downtown has the second highest occupancy loss so far this year. CONSTRUCTION - > Leasing activity has been steady in the submarket despite the RENTAL RATE pandemic slowing overall deals being transacted.
