The creation of the territory of priority social and economic development is primarily aimed at creating conditions for accelerated development of new export-oriented productions for gas processing and gas chemical industry, which will create an efficient platform for long-term development of industrial potential of the Republic of Sakha Project relevance (Yakutia) and will create conditions for increasing of ratio of the added value in the price of products, which left in the region, that shall provide the growing needs of Russia in the polymer products and liquefied natural gas and the enter of the large deliveries for the growing markets of the Asia-Pacific region.

The aim of the project "Basalt - New Technologies" TPSED is to create in the Russian Far East a new high-tech export-oriented industry of basalt fiber and basalt composite, constructions and products made of them. Implementation of the project involves the introduction of unique technologies based on Project resume domestic "know-how" and broad use of the final products in different spheres (including housing and utilities, construction and road facilities), as well as the creation of a complete industrial chain.
