Each region contains detail contact information for reference purposes. Detailed provisional flight schedules are annexed to the current document in excel file. Flight schedules are valid for a period of two weeks and are continuously being reviewed in accordance with the humanitarian and health workers travel requirements. The flights schedule validity is indicated on each schedule. Flight schedules are subject to operational changes that will be promptly communicated to the User Organizations. This law shall be issued as an organic law which cannot be amended except by a three- quarters majority of the People’s National Assembly and confirmed by a two-thirds majority in a referendum held in the three Southern Provinces of the Sudan. CHAPTER I: DEFINITIONS Article 3. a) ‘Constitution’ refers to the Republican Order No. 5 or any other basic law replacing or amending it. b) ‘President’ means the president of the Democratic Republic of the Sudan. c) ‘Southern Provinces of the Sudan’ means the Provinces of Bahr El Ghazal, Equatoria and Upper Nile in accordance with their boundaries as they stood January 1, 1956, and other areas that were culturally and geographically a part of the Southern Complex as may be decided by a referendum.

By 2050 over 70% of the global population will live in urban areas. This accelerating urbanization trend is accompanied by an increasing vulnerability of cities to The crisis has put significant strain on municipal services, which have lacked the required resources and capacity to meet the evolving needs both natural and man-made disasters. More and more, humanitarian actors are of Bangui’s increasingly vulnerable population. As a consequence, the provision of basic services has become heavily reliant on international responding to urban crisis. They are however often badly equipped to understand humanitarian stakeholders. Acheampong (The University of Manchester) June 2021 ACCRA: CITY SCOPING STUDY 2 Accra is the capital city of Ghana, the national economic centre and the country’s main connection with the global economy.1 The city’s role within the electoral swing region of Greater Accra is vital in deciding who wins the presidential elections, making Accra an important political arena for national political elites. Accra faces complex challenges in key areas, including economic development, housing, energy, water and sanitation and transportation. The city’s vibrant sub-national-level politics is strongly connected to and shaped by national-level politics, acting both as opportunities for and barriers to addressing complex urban challenges. HISTORY Accra’s rise from a trading post to a major coastal urban centre was driven by booming maritime trade with Europeans from the 15th century and the subsequent establishment of castles and forts.2 In 1877 it became the headquarters of the British colonial administration and subsequently the capital of the British Crown Colony, Gold Coast, and then Ghana.3 Rural–urban migration intensified in the period immediately after the Second World War, and a number of migrant towns, squatter settlements and slums emerged. In 1958 the Accra masterplan, ‘Accra: A plan for the town’, was prepared to drive an ambitious modernisation and transformation agenda for the new independent Ghana.4 ACCRA AND GHANA’S URBAN SYSTEM As the capital city, Accra is the most important economic and political centre in Ghana. Officially, Accra today covers the approximately 139.7 km2 administrative area known as the Accra Metropolitan Area (AMA).5 The AMA is the most urbanised area within the Greater Accra Region, one of the 16 administrative regions in Ghana.

Each of them is described in its floristical characters and dynamism. During the summer semester 1981, the first of us was appointed as professor of systematic botany at the Agriculture Faculty of the Somali National University, and an investigation of this vegetation was carried out1).
