Each region contains detail contact information for reference purposes. Detailed provisional flight schedules are annexed to the current document in excel file. Flight schedules are valid for a period of two weeks and are continuously being reviewed in accordance with the humanitarian and health workers travel requirements. The flights schedule validity is indicated on each schedule. Flight schedules are subject to operational changes that will be promptly communicated to the User Organizations. Long-Haul and Inter-Hub Network Long-haul and inter-hub provisional schedule provides weekly flights as follows: Sunday: From Geneva to Rome, Addis Ababa; Monday: From Addis Ababa to Accra; Tuesday: From Accra to Addis Ababa; From Addis Ababa to Rome, Geneva Wednesday: From Geneva to Rome, Addis Ababa; From Addis Ababa to Accra Saturday: From Addis Ababa to Rome, Geneva April 2020 Page 3 WFP Aviation Global Passenger and Light Cargo Air Services NETWORK SUMMARY Network Map April 2020 Page 4 WFP Aviation Global Passenger and Light Cargo Air Services NETWORK SUMMARY East Africa Region Network East Africa region provisional flight schedule provides weekly flights from the passenger hub in Addis Ababa as per below schedule: Monday: Juba, Entebbe, Nairobi, Accra, Johannesburg, Sharjah; Tuesday: Khartoum, Cairo, Rome, Geneva Wednesday: Bujumbura, Kigali, Accra; Thursday: Djibouti, Mogadishu; Friday: Dar es Salam; Saturday: Sanaá, Rome, Geneva; Sunday: Addis Ababa with onward connection to Rome, Geneva, Johannesburg and Sharjah Transit Information in Addis Ababa Bole International Airport Each passenger must have confirmed onward booking reservation from Addis Ababa, either with commercial carrier or WFP Aviation; Passengers with onward booking reservations will be issued with transit visa and transferred by WFP to Skyline Hotel for the period of transit (https://www.ethiopianskylighthotel.com/); Passengers travelling to Ethiopia or passengers without onward booking reservations will have to comply with Government Public Health Regulations. April 2020 Page 5 WFP Aviation Global Passenger and Light Cargo Air Services NETWORK SUMMARY Network Map April 2020 Page 6 WFP Aviation Global Passenger and Light Cargo Air Services NETWORK SUMMARY West Africa Region Network West Africa region provisional flight schedule provides weekly flights from the passenger hub in Accra as per below schedule: Monday: From Addis Ababa to Accra connecting passengers from Geneva, Rome, Addis and other East Africa countries ; Monday: Monrovia, Freetown, Dakar; Tuesday: Addis Ababa with onward connection to Rome, Geneva and, at later stage, to Johannesburg and Sharjah; Tuesday: Abuja, Ndjamena; Wednesday: Kinshasa; Thursday: Niamey, Ouagadougou, Bamako; Friday: Dakar; Saturday: Bangui, Yaoundé; Saturday: Addis Ababa with onward connection to Rome, Geneva and, at later stage, to Johannesburg and Sharjah. The following locations will be served on ad-hoc basis: Nouakchott, Brazzaville, Cotonou, Lomé, Abidjan, Malabo, Sao Tome, Transit Information in Accra Kotoka International Airport Ibis Styles Hotel Airport will be used to accommodate transit passengers with onward WFP bookings.
