Joint project of the National Bank of the Republic of Belarus and Alliance for Financial Inclusion (AFI) «Measuring Access to Finance: Developing Evidence-based Access Policies in Belarus» Estimation and analysis of supply of financial services to population in the Republic of Belarus Executive Summary of the National Survey Minsk, National Bank of the Republic of Belarus 2012 Assessment of Supply of Financial Services The purpose of this review is to assess the availability of data related to the supply of financial services, based on the currently available data sources, and to perform an analysis of such data. It identifies the administrative units of Belarus with the highest and lowest density of access points to financial services. The study was intended to inform finance and credit policies at the national and regional levels, and decisions on the location of financial institutions in different areas of Belarus. The data used in this assessment were provided by the main and regional offices of the National Bank (based on a survey of commercial banks), the Ministry of Finance of Belarus, the postal services operator BelPochta, and the Oblast executive committees. The assessment procedure began with the The analysis of the data adequacy from the point of view of supply. Lomonosov, Arkhangelsk, Russia Abstract. The article, devoted to the analysis of transport and geographical locations, describes possible strategies for the development of tourism in the Arkhangelsk Oblast. The main goal of the research was the development of logistic schemes of the transportation of tourists from the places of formation of tourist flows to the Arkhangelsk Oblast. The methodological basis of the article is to determine the economic dis- tances between potential tourist distribution centers and their places of interest in the area. Moscow, St. Petersburg, and Arkhangelsk were considered as the main towns of departure. Kargopol, Solvychegodsk, Kholmogory and Lomonosovo, Solovki, Kenozersky National Park, and Pinega caves are regarded as the main sites of tourist interest in the Arkhangelsk Oblast. It was determined that Kargopol is the most acces- sible for tourists, and Kenozersky National Park is the most recognizable by tourists but the least accessible. The object of world cultural heritage, the Monastery of the Transfiguration of the Saviour on Solovki is the most accessible for tourists from the territory of Karelia. It is recommended to optimize the schedule and to synchronize the work of transport for tourists to improve the transport accessibility of recreational facili- ties in the area. -

Research for this report was commissioned by liquid logistics company Haanpaa Group. The main purpose of the project was to supply the Haanpaa Group with basic marketing information regarding potential customers, competitors and infrastructural development in the City of St. Petersburg. The point of view of the research was that of logistics. The topic was divided into three distinct parts which together form a balanced review of the research subject. The main objectives of the project were to identify potential customers, existing competitors and ongoing or forthcoming development projects of the St. Petersburg transport and logistics infrastructure. The search for potential customers included collecting data from Russian corporate websites and business portals. A number of Russian companies were also approached by e-mail to request additional information. Competitors were identified by collecting data online as well as by relating to recent literate sources.
