Two outline planning permissions granted in June 2017 comprising the following:

• 16no. Dwellings with up to 10no. affordable

• Car-free pedestrian route between the sites

• Public open space, highway and drainage improvements

• Off-site contributions to community infrastructure

• Affordable housing need investigation

• Government agenda to make effective use of land (particularly small, Brownfield sites), reflected within West Somerset Local Plan

• 15no. dwellings (5x social rent; 10x open market), car- free pedestrian/cycle route, public open space, highway and drainage improvements, contributions to community infrastructure
