Thomas Cook Group Airlines is a part of Thomas Cook Group plc. Our airline operations consist of four leisure airlines including Thomas Cook Airlines UK, Thomas Cook Airlines Belgium, Thomas Cook Airlines Scandinavia and Condor Flugdienst. European Flights Recorded Their Lowest Growth Rate Since February 2015

The year to date flight growth of 1.4% is at the low-end of the forecast (+1.3%). Preliminary data for September show average daily flights 0.4% on September 2018 (Figure 1) (EUROCONTROL/STATFOR). -

Thomas Cook Group plc and certain subsidiaries (in Compulsory Liquidation) Creditor Information Sheet as at 16 December 2019 This Information Sheet is to accompany the Official Receiver’s Notice and Report to Creditors and Contributories, which in accordance with the Insolvency Act 1986 and Insolvency Rules 2016 and with the Order of Insolvency and Companies Court Judge Prentis on 15th November 2019, has been provided via website. On 23 September 2019, the High Court of Justice appointed the Official Receiver, David Chapman, as liquidator of the companies (the Liquidator) listed in the first table in Appendix A (the Companies) on the petition of the Companies’ directors. Simultaneously, the court also appointed: • Simon Jonathan Appell, Alastair Paul Beveridge, Daniel Christopher Imison and Benjamin James Browne from AlixPartners UK LLP as Special Managers of Thomas Cook Group plc and certain of its subsidiaries to support the Liquidator (the AlixPartners Special Managers); and • variously, Blair Carnegie Nimmo, James Robert Tucker, David John Pike, Michael Robert Pink and Ben Maitland Leith from KPMG LLP as special managers of Thomas Cook’s UK retail division and its aircraft maintenance companies to support the Liquidator (the KPMG Special Managers, and together with the AlixPartners Special Managers, the Special Managers). Subsequently, on 8 November 2019, the High Court of Justice appointed the Official Receiver as Liquidator of a further 27 entities of the Thomas Cook Group, listed in the second table in Appendix A. Airlines UK is the trade association for UK airlines. Our members are British Airways, CargoLogicAir, DHL, easyJet, Jet2.com, Jota Aviation, Norwegian Air UK, Ryanair, TUI Airways, Titan Airways, Virgin Atlantic, West Atlantic and 2Excel. Airlines UK welcomes the opportunity to submit our views on the NATS (En Route) Plc /CAA Regulatory Appeal Provisional findings report. In our original submission we emphasised our prevailing view that it is right that the CAA sought to ensure NERL delivers it operations as efficiently as possible and in the interests of service users, not least for airlines where operating costs are high and margins are low (to say nothing of the severe impact of the current COVID-19 outbreak, which has seen airline revenues collapse). The CAA’s role as the economic regulator of NERL - a monopoly provider of air traffic services - is an essential one. We welcome the overall set of provisional findings, subject to any adjustments for known material changes, which we note support many of the CAA positions supported by airline stakeholders. We note the CMA has upheld the CAA’s final price control decision in respect of both operating costs and capital expenditure allowances. Regarding cost of capital – the source of the largest differential between the CAA’s determination and NERL’s request – UK carriers were supportive of the CAA’s RP3 cost of capital determination, judging that the cost of capital proposed by NERL was higher than what can be justified by the available evidence. -

4th Quarter 2018 Report Fly Quiet Program Chicago O’Hare International Airport Visit the O’Hare Noise Webpage on the Internet at www.flychicago.com/ORDNoise th 4 Quarter 2018 Report BACKGROUND On June 17, 1997, the City of Chicago announced that airlines operating at O’Hare International Airport had agreed to use designated noise abatement flight procedures in accordance with the Fly Quiet Program. The Fly Quiet Program was implemented in an effort to further reduce the impacts of aircraft noise on the surrounding neighborhoods. The Fly Quiet Program is a voluntary program that encourages pilots and air traffic controllers to use designated nighttime preferential runways and flight tracks developed by the Chicago Department of Aviation (CDA) in cooperation with the O'Hare Noise Compatibility Commission, the airlines, and the air traffic controllers. These preferred routes direct aircraft over less-populated areas, such as forest preserves, highways, as well as commercial and industrial areas. As part of the Fly Quiet Program, the Chicago Department of Aviation prepares a Quarterly Fly Quiet Report. This report is shared with CDA staff, the O'Hare Noise Compatibility Commission, the airlines, the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), and the general public. The Fly Quiet Report contains detailed information regarding Fly Quiet Mode, runway use, flight operations, flight tracks, and noise complaints and 24-hour tracking of ground run-ups. The data presented in this report is compiled from the Airport Noise Management System (ANMS) and airport operation logs. FLY QUIET MODE (FQM) The FAA considers nighttime hours as 10:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m.1 It is the CDA’s goal for the Fly Quiet Program to occur during the entire nine-hour nighttime period of 10:00 p.m.
