Video Conference with Prime Minister of Sweden, Ste fan Lófve n, 12 January
The Taoiseach spoke to the Prime Minister of Sweden, Stefan Lófven.
The Taoiseach and the Prime Minister discussed Covid-19 and the EU-wide vaccination approach, EU-UK relations and the bilateral relations between Sweden and Ireland.

COVID-19 Video Conference with EU Leaders, 21 January
The Taoiseach took part in a video conference with EU leaders to review the collective response to the Covid-19 pandemic. Leaders mainly discussions the current epidemiological situation, including the threat represented by new variants. They also discussed the vaccination roll-out, a common approach to vaccine certification, and cooperation with third countries on vaccines.

The Taoiseach took part in a Video Conference with members of the European Council on 25-26 March. The predominant focus of the leaders’ discussion was COVID-19.
EU Leaders also discussed the Single Market, Industrial Policy, Digital and the Economy, the Eastern Mediterranean and Turkey, EU/Russia relations.
The President of the United States of America, Joe Biden, also joined for part of the virtual meeting.
