DETERMINATION OF DATE AND PLACE FOR SUBMISSION OF NOMINATIONS OF CANDIDATES AND POLLING DAY OF BY-ELECTION FOR A MEMBER OF ERONGO REGIONAL COUNCIL: WALVIS BAY URBAN CONSTITUENCY: ERONGO REGION: ELECTORAL ACT, 2014
In terms of subsection (1) of section 64 of the Electoral Act, 2014 (Act No. 5 of 2014), I make known that, on the recommendation of the Electoral Commission, I have under the powers vested in me -
(a) by paragraph (a)(ii) of that subsection determined -
(i) 6 December 2019 as the day on which submission of nominations of candidates for the election of a member of the Erongo Regional Council, Walvis Bay Urban Constituency in the Erongo Region, must take place;
(ii) that the place for the submission of nominations referred to in paragraph (a) is at the Walvis Bay Urban Constituency Office, Erongo Region during the hours 09:00 and 11:00; and
(b) by paragraph (b) of that subsection determined 15 January 2020 as the date on which a poll for the election referred to in paragraph (a) must take place.

In terms of subsection (1) of section 64 of the Electoral Act, 2014 (Act No. 5 of 2014), I make known that, on the recommendation of the Electoral Commission, I have under the powers vested in me -
