Activity 6 MAIN TARGET GROUPS from the 8 partner countries:
• Organizations representing the interests of tourism supply chain • Enterprises and SMEs offering tourism-related activities: Travel agencies; Tourist guides; • Tourism operators; Tourism establishments /hotels, restaurants, holiday villages and etc./, • Sport clubs – from the urban and rural areas for physical activities – private or NGOs • Public or private bodies and organisations active in the field of sport tourism, social tourism, or • Authorities at local, national and regional level responsible for development of economy, sport and social care. • Enterprises or associations from other industries

Seminars “The economic impacts of sports and physical activities” in Greece, Romania and Turkey
Participants: 89 beneficiaries
Main topics discussed: •What is the possible interrelation between sport and other industries and to encourage better collaboration among public and private stakeholders for more sport events •How sports could be integrated in the industries and services provided at national, regional and local level and their implementation at company level • How to better include sport and physical activity in tourism offer for holidaymakers from all ages

Main panels in the seminar: •Workshop on best strategies for increased accessibility to the sport facilities including their re-design for innovative more inclusive sport events •Experts in design and architecture provided successful strategies for planning, design and redesign of accessible sport facilities in tourism Infrastructure •Sharing of best practices on sport and physical activities, respecting the specific needs of disabled people
