The number of Council delegates for full member parties is calculated as follows: - every full member party receives 1 base delegate - parties can gain additional delegates based on their electoral success, which is calculated by dividing the party's vote total in the most recent national election by 500000 and the respective vote share by 10%, if the country has a total population exceeding 250000 inhabitants. The sum of the resu lting numbers is rounded, to give the number of additional delegates.
