Revamping MNC Vision Business Model - Sale of STB/Equipment

1. New customer acquisition to purchase STB/equipment for a more efficient operational expenditure. 2. Reduce costs of STB/equipment, viewing card/CAS, outdoor unit, and low noise block (LNB) by at least 25%, which enables the Company to sell the equipment for $31/set, from $44/set. 3. This model will decrease overhead cost, such as sales, technical, and other related expenses. 4. Sale of STB leads to higher revenue and healthier cash . 5. Starting November, MVN has transitioned into selling its equipment to customers and has been fully implemented to our new customers. 6. Acquisition target: 2000 new subscribers per day – upon the full implementation of the new model.
