Bilten SLOKA 2010
sloka 2010 Svetovno prvenstvo v kajak kanu slalomu Ljubljana 7. -
What Is Canoe Slalom?
sloka 2010 2010 ICF Canoe Slalom World Championships Ljubljana 7. – 12.9. 2010 a.si lok w.s ww POKROVITELJI MEDIJSKI POKROVITELJI Dear participants and spectators of the 2010 ICF Canoe Slalom World Championships! t is an honor to be in the company of the best kayakers and canoeists from around the world. IThere are no greater masters of the white-water rapids than you. For this reason, the Kayak and Canoe Federation of Slovenia is very proud to be hosting the world’s best paddlers for the third time. The best competitors deserve the best spectators, and in Tacen they are a given. The fan clubs, known for their sporting behavior and friendship, are the pride of Tacen and an unforgettable experience for every competitor. The best competitors also deserve the best organization. The volunteers, who are always willing to help, are an indispensable part of the organizing team and deserve a great acknowledge- ment. Unfortunately, the current situation did not allow any major investments to the venue, and this remains our debt, but we sincerely hope things will change in years to come. Nevertheless, I hope we have organized the World Championships that all the participants will remember for a long time. I hope the Championships will be unforgettable due to the good and relaxed atmosphere, the hospitality and the new friendships that will be made here and will last long after the Championships in Ljubljana have ended. Back in 1955, the best kayakers and canoeists gathered here in Tacen for the first time. It is friendship which has brought a number of them back to Tacen again this year. -
