All drawings were made by the frst author based on microscope photographs and using a Wacom Intuos Pro digital drawing tablet with the programs Krita (version 2.9.7) and Gimp (version 2.8.16). Drawings always show the left male palpus; perspective and scale bars are given in the plates and their captions. All measurements are in mm. All altitudes are given in metres above sea level.
