While on foot patrol, a Campus Safety Officer observed a green Toyota parked head out in a dis- abled stall north of the 800 building with three occupants. The officer approached the vehicle and discov- ered no disabled placard was dis- played. The officer's investigation found one of the occupants was under the influence and in posses- sion of approximately .25 ounces of marijuana and a marijuana pipe. The driver of the vehicle did not possess a driver's license and a glass methamphetamine pipe wasdiscov- ered in the passenger compartment. All three suspects were taken to Fullerton Police for processing.
