Sažetak Gradovi Hamburg, Rennes, Lausanne i Liverpool su europski gradovi sa različitim sustavom podzemne željeznice čiji razvoj odgovara ekonomskoj situaciji gradskih središta. Trenutno stanje pojedinih podzemno željeznićkih sustava i njihova primjenjena tehnologija uvelike odražava stanje razvoja javnog gradskog prijevoza i mreže javnog gradskog prometa. Svaki od prijevoznika u podzemnim željeznicama u tim gradovima ima različiti tehnički pristup obavljanja javnog gradskog prijevoza te korištenjem optimalnim brojem motornih prijevoznih jedinica osigurava zadovoljenje potreba javnog gradskog i metropolitanskog područja grada. Kroz usporedbu tehničkih podataka pojedinih podzemnih željeznica može se uvidjeti i zaključiti koji od sustava podzemnih željeznica je veći i koje oblike tehničkih rješenja koristi. Ključne riječi: Hamburg, Rennes, Lausanne, Liverpool, podzemna željeznica, javni gradski prijevoz, linija, tip vlaka, tvrtka, prihod, cijena. Summary Cities Hamburg, Rennes, Lausanne and Liverpool are european cities with different metro system by wich development reflects economic situation of city areas. -

Esodo Estivo 2015 Esodo estivo 2015 Il piano esodo ANAS e le risorse Il Piano operativo di gestione predisposto dall’Anas per l’esodo estivo 2015 ha i seguenti obiettivi: . ridurre e comunque minimizzare i disagi all’utenza; . innalzare i livelli di sicurezza; . rendere tempestiva l’assistenza e il soccorso; . diffondere una corretta ed efficace informazione. Per far questo l’Anas ha svolto le seguenti attività: . individuare i cantieri inamovibili; . predisporre una viabilità alternativa in corrispondenza dei cantieri inamovibili (dove possibile); . predisporre un calendario del traffico incentrato sull’individuazione dei “giorni critici”; . condividere le procedure operative e definire i codici di emergenza con i soggetti istituzionali coinvolti nella gestione della viabilità; . monitorare 24 ore su 24 il traffico sulla rete stradale nazionale; . utilizzare di piani di comunicazione per l’utenza. Nel periodo dell’esodo estivo l’Anas impiegherà, in turnazione, circa 2.500 unità e oltre 1070 automezzi. Saranno in funzione sulla rete Anas circa 1800 telecamere e 300 Pannelli a Messaggio Variabile (con indicazione, in alcuni tratti, del tempo medio di percorrenza). L’attività del personale sarà focalizzata verso i servizi di viabilità e traffico, pattugliamento dei percorsi alternativi e presidio di snodi, assistenza e soccorso agli utenti, ordine e sicurezza, operazioni che Anas svolge anche con l’ausilio della tecnologia “ITS” (Intelligent Traffic System) che usa telecamere, videowall, sensori di traffico, contatori veicolari e centraline rilevamento meteo. Tutte le informazioni raccolte verranno gestite dalle 20 Sale Operative Compartimentali e dalla Sala Operativa Nazionale (in funzione h24) che pianificano interventi e azioni per la regolazione dei flussi del traffico, in contatto diretto con il Centro di Coordinamento Nazionale in Materia di Viabilità (Viabilità Italia) istituito presso il Ministero dell’Interno – Servizio Polizia Stradale e, in casi di emergenza, con il Dipartimento Nazionale della Protezione Civile. -

262 Gran Torino: Social and Security Implications of the XX Winter Olympic Games Chiara Fonio Giovanni Pisapia 263 This paper examines issues relating to the security of the XX Winter Olympic Games, which took place in Turin, Italy, from the 10 th to the 26 th of February 2006. In doing so it explores three crucial aspects of those Games, first, the general social context, second forms of resistance directed against the Winter Games and third the Integrated Security System (ISS) which was developed for and implemented at the sporting venues. This included installing a number of surveillance technologies that sought to address distinctive security concerns. Our aim is to emphasize not only the trend towards the securitization of mega-events at a national and international level, but to also understand some of the broader social implications of the Olympics. In the process, our work also contributes to the literature on the XX Winter Games which to date has tended to be quite thin and fragmented (Bondonio and Campaniello 2006a; Bertone and Degiorgis 2006). We have chosen to emphasize these factors because of some of the unique peculiarities of the XX Winter Olympics. One of the most important of these concerns the smaller scale of the Turin Games, which translated into a series of security measures that contrast with the typical overzealous security planning for mega events. So, this smaller scale meant that the security dynamics, surveillance practices and legacies tended to be more limited than the types of intensive security systems implemented in Athens (Samatas 2008) or Beijing (Boyle and Haggerty 2009: 266). -
