El proyecto que se desarrolló con el Taller fue el de Centro de Interpretación, lo cual me permitió entender la importancia de esta Loma y la riqueza que posee en paisajes, deportes, flora, fauna, entre otras.

Specifically, the likelihood of The Valley’s complete disappearance. There are several small settlements known as Centro Poblados Rurales (CPR), that have been forming within the valley during recent years. CPRs are located at the outskirts of Lima city and host between 200 to 500 underprivileged families. Despite its proximity to the city, these families live in a rural environment. The focus of this research will explore the contrast between urban and rural areas in the hope that these settlements may be replicated in order to generate political action in the Valley. By exploring the contrast between urban and rural areas, our hope is that people will understand the gravity of the problems that settlers of the Lurin Valley face. This information could be useful to write proposals for these urban communities. Among them is the sustainable development plan which could be replicated at a larger scope in the long run. This research reflects on the advance of urban growth in areas of high ecological value, such as the valley of Lurin, and what policies should be implemented to prevent its complete degradation and subsequent disappearance.

    INFORME DE EMERGENCIA N° 427 - 06/04/2017/COEN – INDECI/14:00 HORAS (Informe N° 25) PRECIPITACIONES PLUVIALES EN DISTRITOS DE LA PROVINCIA DE LIMA I. HECHOS: Desde el 14 de enero de 2017, se vienen registrando fuertes precipitaciones pluviales en los distritos de Lurigancho – Chosica y Chaclacayo, provocando huaycos y deslizamientos, los cuales vienen afectando a viviendas, vías de comunicación, instituciones educativas y daños a la vida y salud de las personas El 15 de marzo del 2017, a las 01:00 horas aproximadamente, a consecuencia de las intensas precipitaciones pluviales que se registran en la zona, ocasionaron un deslizamiento de lodo y piedras, afectando vías de comunicación en el Distrito de Ancón. El 15 de marzo de 2017, a las 05:40 horas, a consecuencia de las intensas precipitaciones pluviales que se registran en la zona, se produjo el desborde del rio Lurín en los centros poblados, Pampa Flores, Lote B y Pica Piedra, afectando áreas de cultivos y vías de comunicación, en el Distrito de Pachacamác. El 15 de marzo de 2017, se registró un huayco en la quebrada Río Seco, donde se visualizó el arrastre de vehículos, desechos sólidos, animales y personas en el sector de Pampapacta del distrito de Punta Hermosa. El 16 de marzo de 2017, a las 16:30 horas se registró el desborde de las aguas de la Quebrada Jicamarca (Río Huaycoloro) y a las 21:00 horas se reportó el desborde del río Rímac, lo que causaron el afectación en puentes viales, viviendas, locales públicos, vías de comunicación e inundación en varios sectores de los distritos de San Juan de Lurigancho, El Agustino y Lurigancho – Chosica.

JAVIER ALEJANDRO PINEDA MEDINA LIMA – PERÚ 2017 RESUMEN EJECUTIVO El Fondo de Inclusión Social Energético (FISE) tiene la finalidad de fomentar a través de su intervención el uso y consumo de energías limpias, reemplazando los combustibles que contaminan y afectan la salud de las personas y el medio ambiente a través de la masificación del uso del gas natural en los sectores más vulnerables de la población, la ampliación de la frontera energética a través del uso de energía renovables y la promoción para el acceso al GLP (Gas Licuado de Petróleo). Desde que el FISE iniciara sus actividades en el año 2012 hasta finalizar el ejercicio 2015 el número de personas beneficiadas inscritas en el padrón FISE llegó a 1'356,968. De acuerdo a los resultados hallados respecto a los factores que repercuten en el proceso de gestión del FISE para mejorar la calidad de vida de los beneficiarios de la zona Manchay, distrito de Pachacamac, los beneficiarios no identifican que el programa los ayudase a mejorar su calidad de vida a través de la masificación del uso de los balones de gas. Sobre la percepción de los beneficiarios respecto a la implementación del FISE y su relación con la disminución de la pobreza energética, los beneficiarios identifican al FISE solo como un programa que reparte vales de gas y no tiene otro tipo de beneficio.
