Beth Wallach Hosts "This Blooming City" on Cable TV As we enter our 19th year of production of the “This Blooming City” cable program, we've seen many Beautification News changes since we began in 1990. Our first studio was a tight space at the White Plains Public Library, where the sounds of noisy fire engines on the street below could be heard on our productions. Today we are in a high tech studio in The Seasons building on Martine Spring 2008 Avenue, and the atmosphere is professional.
