A westbound 2005 Chevy Equinox driven by Larry Krotzer, 26, of White Pigeon, went off the road and struck a utility pole. The pole was struck with such force that a second utility pole was also damaged. The village of White Pigeon suffered a partial power outage for a short time due to this crash. Krotzer fled the scene on foot. He was found a short distance away on Fawn River by some residents, who detained him until he could be detained by officers. He was later turned over to LifeCare ambulance See THREE INJURED, page 3
