P3000.03 HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT MANUAL Starting in May of 2006, the Office of National Policy Management began reformatting policies that contain change notices. With the rapid growth in word processing and electronic distribution via Sallyport and the internet, many of these WordPerfect 5.0 documents have become unstable.
