Conditions for Submission (1) The requestor must be the registered business provider of the designated payment services intending to provide payment services or any operations relating to payment services to support payment service providers from other countries, who wish to provide cross-border payment services in Thailand. (2) The provision of payment services to the service provider from abroad must not be arranged to facilitate any evasion of or non-compliance with the laws on payment systems. 3. Procedures and methods for Submission (1) The registered business provider of the designated payment services submits a request for permission along with the evidentiary documentation certified true copies by a director or a person with managerial power (or the authorized signatory) to the BOT in advance through the electronic channel, namely, e-Application (the main service channel), or submits the request in person or by mail.
