To make a great macadamia nut oil nail treatment, pour a small amount of the oil into microwave safe bowl or cup, and warm in the microwave for 10 to 15 seconds. This should warm the oil to a comfortable temperature that is not so hot as to prevent you from putting your hands into it. Carefully place one hand into the oil, and keep it there for about five minutes. Remove the hand from the oil, and carefully massage the fingertips and nail beds.
