Avocado Oil Avocado oil is known to help hair growth. It contains essential nutrients like proteins, vitamins A, B6, C, D and E as well as magnesium, copper, iron, amino acids and folic acid, all of which is extremely essential for hair growth and nourishment. It resembles the natural moisturizing oil, sebum that is secreted by human skin. Coconut Oil Coconut oil has a very light texture which makes it suitable for daily use for hair. It is the closest substance to human sub-culaneous fat making it more compatible with the skin than many other oils. This also means that it can easily be absorbed making it a truly moisturising oil. Coconut oil is rich in vitamin E which makes the scalp skin healthy and promotes hair growth. This oil is known for its softening and soothing effects when applied to the hair. Macadamia Oil Macadamia Oil, like Jojoba Oil is amongst the few oils that contains high amounts of palmitoleic acid also found in human sebum. This means that macadamia oil has a great resemblance to the oil being produced by our own skin.
