Winners of the high school division of the 2008 Houston Chronicle EDITORIAL CARTOON CONTEST Recently, the Chronicle challenged Houston-area students to sharpen their pencils and their wits for the annual Houston Chronicle Editorial Cartoon Contest. The contest gives students the chance to examine world affairs, weigh political issues and express their personal opinions through a demanding and powerful art form.
