This modern villa, located in Selca, a village a mile from the center on an elevated isolation surrounded by greenery and rocks, belongs to a Dutch couple who decorated the house with touches of Dutch heritage.
The rosemary bushes planted next to the chlorine-free pool give it a good fragrance. The modern and traditional are brought together by the use of stone and glass, and the two "towers" linked by a covered outdoor walkway give her the impression of being in a castle.
Its interior is defined by silence and simplicity: the living room connects to the kitchen, and both sides of the room have separate exits to the terrace with swimming pool, which provides a spectacular view of the surroundings. A special staircase leads directly to this outdoor living space.
The rooms are a little cozier, with antique wooden furniture and a shower glass partition in the spacious bathrooms. The villa has four apartments, with one on the first floor and the other three on the second. All of the bedrooms have double beds that are 180 x 190 cm in size.

The villa is situated in a private nature park where mouflons, stags, hinds, and other animals can be found. The property has a separate automatic door so you can enter the park to get to the villa. The villa is one of only six houses located in the bay. It ensures full privacy by preventing uninvited guests from accessing the park area while also ensuring protection.
It's one of the property's most attractive features: the beach in front of the villa can make you feel as though you're the only one there. Despite the privacy, it is an extremely secure environment. Another great feature is the town's proximity. To get to the town center from the villa, one can take a car, which takes about 15 minutes, or a boat, which takes about 0.5 miles.

A small shallow beach for children can be found to the right. A tiny two-bed apartment No. 1 (room 4m x 2m) and bathroom (2m x 2m) with shower and toilet is situated along the waterfront. . The apartment can be used as a sleeping quarters or a storage area for beach gear.
On the side are two wine refrigerators and a sink with running water. All equipped with lights to illuminate the level one and the waterfront.
On the second level (II) A stone table with 10 chairs is situated on the second level (II) and is used for alfresco dining.
A space with a bathroom (a washing machine can be found on the left side, about 15 meters away).
The third level (III) Two apartments with double beds, wardrobes, and commodes are situated on the third floor. Each apartment has its own shower and bathroom.
A fully equipped kitchen and separate indoor dining room with a table, chairs, cabinet washer, and wide fridge are both located on the same floor. A covered terrace with an outdoor bed is situated in front of the entire length of the house.

The house is made of the local stone and is located in the heart of Milna, the bay of a thousand ships, as the Venetians called it. It's surrounded by stone houses, trees, and green bushes, and it's perched high above the village and part of the marina.
The lights installed into the wall brighten the steps leading up to the house. Following them is a lovely garden of flowers and shaped bushes. A swimming pool with an outdoor bathroom is located above it. The covered terrace provides natural shade from the sun, and a large olive tree provides freshness to the area.
The folding wooden chairs are set around a stone table. A stone barbecue is also nearby. The terrace leads into the kitchen, living room and dining room since it is all in one place. The white furniture gives a romantic touch to the living room where you can sit in a knitted chair and return to the pirate era because of the brown chest below the TV. Each of the three rooms has its own bathroom.
One is traditionally decorated with wooden furniture, the other is the white romantic modeled by a pattern of living room, and a third is double-bedded with pink accents and hearts hanging on the wall. Milna is a famous nautical port today, thanks to its two marinas and its place as the most secure Bra port. It was once known for its shipbuilding, and it was here that the bracera, a traditional Dalmatian boat, was born. If you get tired of visiting the historical sights, head to the nearby stunning bays and harbors of Lučica, Bobovišća, and Ložišće.
