1. Summary

The Bingo property is located within the Coast Mountain Boundary Ranges of the Skeena Mining Division approximately 50 kilometres south of Stewart, BC and 130 kilometres northeast of Prince Rupert, BC. It is comprised of three mineral tenures 100% owned by J2 Syndicate Holdings Ltd. and totals 988.92 hectares of land within the Hastings Arm NTS map sheet 104P/12. The Property is within an area of rugged topography between the and Donahue Creeks along the west side of Hastings Arm. This area experiences typical northwestern BC long, mild and wet winters. Mineral exploration may be conducted on a year-round basis, although at higher elevations, the season may be dependent upon snow pack levels and/or stability as well as fog (Benz, 2018).

Historical mineral exploration within the Hastings Arm area was for copper, gold, silver, lead and zinc. More recent activities are focused on Noranda/Kuroko massive sulfide copper-lead-zinc deposits, with associated silver-lead-zinc±gold mineralization such as the Dolly Varden Mine, as well as precious metal, porphyry-style mineralization. Historical work within the current Bingo Property boundary includes reconnaissance-style geochemical surveys. Based on the work conducted to date there are two possible styles of mineralization indicated on the Bingo Property: volcanic-hosted massive sulfide and epithermal (Benz, 2018).

Geochemical surveying in 2016, by the J2 Syndicate, announced the polymetallic gold-silver- copper-lead-zinc Bingo Main Zone, and additional prospecting and sampling was done over eight days in 2017. Prior to 2016, there was very little work done within the current claim boundary.

The Bingo Property is located at the contact between the Coast Plutonic Complex and the west- central margin of the successor Bowser Basin collectively called the Stewart Complex. The Property is underlain by the Coast Plutonic Complex biotite ± hornblende granite-granodiorite- minor quartz diorite intrusive rock(s) to the northwest, meta-intrusive rock(s) within the centre of the Property and the Hazelton Group volcanic rocks within the southeast (Benz, 2018).

During the 2018 field season, an airborne and a LiDAR survey were completed on the Bingo property. A short, two-day reconnaissance prospecting program collected 11 rock samples in September.

2. Introduction and Terms of Reference

In 2017, J2 Syndicate and Goliath engaged Diana Benz, Ph.D. of Takom Exploration Ltd. to prepare a comprehensive report on the Bingo property, including work done during the 2017 field season. This assessment report quotes extensively from (and is most grateful for) that in-depth research, as noted in References (see Benz, 2018).

The author of this report did not personally visit the Bingo property or verify the fieldwork. This report relies on data and information provided by J2 Syndicate and Goliath Resources, and the author is grateful for the efforts of Tyler Punk, B.Sc. and GIT in assisting with the collection of said information and the creation of the maps.

2.3 Climate and Physiography

From Benz, 2018:

The Bingo Property is located along the west-side of Hastings Arm between Donahue and Anyox Creeks. The Property is within the Boundary Ranges physiographic region of the west- central Coastal Mountains of British Columbia. The Boundary Ranges were extensively glaciated resulting in high peaks, with matterhorn forms created by well- developed cirque glaciation (Holland, 1976). Below 6,500 feet (1,981 metres) elevation, however, the peaks and ridges are typically rounded and subdued due to ice-sheet erosion whereas valley walls are steepened with truncated spurs producing typical U- shaped valley profiles. A large percentage of the mountainous area remains under the cover of glacial ice through which peaks (or nuntaks) may project.

Elevations on the Property range from 900 metres above sea level at the valley bottoms to over 4,700 metres at the centre of the Property. The most notable topographic features on the Property are the series of alpine lakes in the southeast that drain into Anyox and Donahue Creeks. The climate of this region is characterized by long, cool and wet winters with cool, wet summers although hot dry spells can be frequent.

The biogeoclimactic zones found on the Property are Coastal Western Hemlock at lower elevations, Mountain Hemlock at mid-elevations and Coastal Mountain-Heather Alpine at higher elevations (Meidinger and Pojar, 1991). Mid- to lower elevations are well forested by western hemlock (Tsuga heterophylla) and western redcedar (Thuja plicata) (Pojar et al., 1991a). At dry or very boggy sites shore (lodgepole) pine can be found whereas, grand fir, western white pine and bigleaf maple occur within warmer and drier southern areas. Red alder is common in disturbed areas and black cottonwood can be found on the extensive floodplains of large rivers. Understories consisting of a sparse herb layer and the predominance of moss can be found in this region. At lower elevations mountain hemlock (Tsuga mertensiana), amabilis fir (Abies amabilis) and yellow-cedar (Cupressus nootkatensis) dominate with shrubs from the family Ericaceae (e.g., blueberry and huckleberry, copperbush and false azalea) (Pojar et al., 1991b). Many species of wildlife can be found in this area including black and grizzly bears, mountain goats, black-tailed deer, Roosevelt elk, cougar and many small mammals and a variety of birds (Meidinger and Pojar, 1991).

The Bingo Property is located within the Belle Bay and Anyox Biodiversity, Mining and Tourism Areas within the Great Bear Rainforest Biodiversity, Mining and Tourism Area Land-use Zone. The purpose of this land-use zone is for the maintenance of biodiversity and the natural environment; the preservation and maintenance of social, ceremonial and cultural uses; for use in mineral exploration and mining; and for tourism and recreation. The Bingo Property overlaps a small portion the FADM-Special Protection Area Coastal First Nations (CFN) & BC Grizzly Bear Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) Area which is set aside for special protection by legislation. Within the northeast and southwest, Great Bear Rainforest Grizzly Bear Class 2 zones can be found. These zones involve the documentation of grizzly and black bear dens with a minimum reserve zone of 50 metres. Special alteration or removal conditions outside the winter hibernation season may be considered under certain circumstances. An Important Fisheries Watersheds (IFW) zone 9 Goliath Resources Ltd. Bingo 2018 Assessment Report

is also located along Donahue Creek. These watershed zones are demarcated with the purpose of maintaining their hydrological and fluvial processes within a natural range of variations.

Mineral exploration may be conducted on a year round basis, although at higher elevations, the season may be dependent on the snow pack levels and/or stability. The climate is typical of north-western British Columbia. Summer temperatures average a daytime high in the 15°C range with occasional higher temperatures reaching the low 20oc range. December through February sees average sub-zero temperatures with lows reaching -6.2°C from November through March. The annual precipitation is, on average, 1,842 mm including winter snowfall. Significant snowfalls can occur between November and February where snowpack can linger into late August. Clouds and fog can often shroud the local mountain tops in this humid continental climate.

2.4 Exploration History

From Benz, 2018:

Prospecting in the Hastings Arm region centres upon the Anyox (Hidden Creek) Cyprus massive sulfide (copper-zinc) mining camp approximately 15 km south of the Bingo Property. Anyox was discovered in 1889 and brought into production in 1914 by the Granby Consolidated Mining, Smelting and Power Co., Ltd (Sherlock and Domvile, 2008). Infrastructure was built around the mine to accommodate, and care for, their large workforce and their families totalling over 2,500 persons. Two electrical generating powerhouses were built, one coal fired and another hydroelectric, to power the mine, mill and smelter complex that produced ~99 % pure copper. In total, 321,546 tonnes of copper, 206,309 kilograms of silver and 3,773 kilograms of gold were produced between 1914 and 1935. The operation was closed and dismantled during the Great Depression due to a decimated copper market. Since this time, the Hasting Arm area has seen a number of exploration activities (Sherlock and Domvile, 2008), including a slag quarrying permit for the Anyox smelter heaps (Owsiacki, 2012a).

Exploration within Hastings Arm area has led to the discovery of the Saddle hydrothermal, epigenetic silver-lead-zinc±gold veins occurrence 15 kilometres north in 1926 (deGroot, 2014a); the Outsider quartz vein mine approximately nine kilometres southwest in 1896 (Owsiacki, 2012b); the Star quartz vein mine ten kilometres southwest prior to 1912 (Owsiacki, 2012c); and the Larcom Island silica + silver-lead-zinc±gold vein occurrence 10 kilometres south which served primarily as a source of silica flux for the Anyox Mine circa 1914 to 1935 (Owsiacki, 2012d). Based on historical MINFILE inventories of these listed past producers, a total of approximately 206.5 tonnes of silver, 3.8 tonnes of gold, 1.4 tonnes of lead, and 323,935 tonnes of copper have been produced within an approximately 15 kilometre radius outside of the Bingo Property. The historical work performed on the Bingo Property is summarized in Table 2.

Year-ARIS- Claim Name- Exploration Activities MINFILE Operator-Author 2007; Copper Pendant Prior to 2006 there is no recorded work within the current Bingo ARIS 29181 – Frost, Cogbnill Claim. In 2006, a stream silt survey was conducted over the and Eacrett – northern portion of the Copper Pendant Property. Sookochoff 2007 Approximately 23 of the 578 stream silt samples were collected within the drainages that occur on and flow off of the current Bingo tenure (Copper Pendant tenures TN 519840 and TN 521616). The samples in this area returned up to 13159 ppb Ag, 400 ppm Cu and 1706 ppm Pb. 2017 Bingo – J2 A reconnaissance exploration program was conducted over ARIS Syndicate three days in August of 2016. A total of 37 rock grab samples 36905 Holdings – and one silt sample were collected to identify two new zones: Geoppel and the Bingo Main Zone hosted in greenstone with values up to Turna, 2017 7.14 ppm Au, 19.7 ppm Ag, 1.645 % Cu, 212 ppm Pb and 126 ppm Zn; and the Bingo Northeast Zone in basaltic volcanic rock returning 0.186 ppm Au, 5.2 ppm Ag and 4240 Cu. 2018 Bingo – J2 An eight day reconnaissance and follow-up prospecting, ARIS Syndicate geological mapping, and channel, silt and rock sampling. A ARIS37117 Holdings – total of 199 samples were collected. Channel, chip, rock and Benz, 2018 silt sampling revealed a number of areas anomalous for gold, silver, copper, lead and zinc. These elements of interest were found within the Bingo Main Zone at the centre of the property and in the southeast. Correlation analysis indicated that, typically, silver is very strongly to strongly correlated with cobalt, arsenic, copper, bismuth, sulfur ± lead. Zinc was not correlated with silver although zinc showed a strong positive correlation with magnesium.

3. Geological Setting

From Benz, 2018:

The metallogeny of British Columbia is primarily linked to the tectonic evolution of the Canadian Cordillera (Mineral Development Office, 2017). The sequence of events for its formation includes the welding of allochthonous (derived at a distance) terranes to the western margin of ancestral North America resulting in deformation and post-accretionary tectonism and magmatism (Nelson et al., 2013). The Northwest Region of British Columbia intersects with the Cordilleran orogeny and is comprised of: 1) the autochthonous (formed at present position) and parautochthonous (intermediate character between auto- and allochthonous) carbonate and siliciclastic strata of ancestral North America; 2) Intermontane terranes including the Slide Mountain back-arc basin, Yukon- Tanana rifted pericratonic arc, Quesnel and Stikine volcanic arcs, as well as the Cache Creek oceanic terrane; 3) Alexander Terrane (a large composite crustal fragment); 4) post- accretionary rocks; and 5) younger overlying rocks (Mineral Development Office, 2017). The accretion of the allochthonous terranes to each other and North America occurred within the Jurassic. Post-accretion plutonic suites as well as Jurassic, and younger, syn- to post-accretionary siliciclastic deposits mosaic this area.

3.1 Regional Setting

From Benz, 2018:

The Bingo property lies within the Hastings Arm area at the contact between the Coast Plutonic Complex and the west-central margin of the successor Bowser Basin (Figure 3). This area is collectively called the Stewart Complex (Grove, 1986). In the west, the Stewart Complex is bounded by the intrusive margin of the Coast Plutonic Complex and by high angle tectonic faults in the remaining directions. The Complex has been inert along the eastern margin for a long period of time while the remainder of the Complex has been involved in uplift. The geology of the Stewart Complex area has been described by Grove (1986), Alldrick et al. (1986) and Greig et al. (1994) and the following paragraphs are a summary of their work.

The Stewart Complex is generally comprised of Palaeozoic Stikine Assemblage of volcanic and carbonate successions, Upper Triassic to Lower Jurassic island arc complexes, a Middle to Upper Jurassic overlap assemblage and the Tertiary Coast Plutonic Complex. The Stikine Assemblage is primarily composed of three, strongly deformed volcanic-carbonate successions: Devonian limestones and intermediate felsic volcanic rocks, Mississippian limestone, as well as Permian fragmental volcanic rocks and limestone. The Upper Triassic to Lower Jurassic island arc complexes are comprised of the Triassic Stuhini Group overlain by the Jurassic Hazelton Group. The Stuhini Group consists of thin-bedded siltstone, wacke, impure limestone, andesitic flows and tuff, whereas the Hazelton Group is primarily comprised of intermediate to felsic volcanic rock, volcaniclastic rock, interbedded conglomerate, greywacke, siltstone and black shale. The Hazelton Group can be further refined into the Jack Formation consisting of basal conglomerates and debris flows with siliciclastic rocks, the Betty Creek Formation with porphyritic andesitic flows, breccia 12 Goliath Resources Ltd. Bingo 2018 Assessment Report

and related volcaniclastic rocks, and the Salmon Formation consisting of bimodal subaerial to submarine volcanic rocks with intercalated mudstone. The Coast Plutonic Complex is one of the most extensively exposed plutonic rocks in the Canadian Cordillera. The eastern margin is subdivided into a number of intrusive phases including the Texas Creek Pluton, the Hyder Pluton and an undivided group consisting of a portion of the Central Gneiss Complex. The Texas Creek Pluton is a foliated, medium-grained, porphyritic granodiorite, whereas the Hyder Pluton is a zone of quartz monzonite and granodiorite that extends through the Portland Canal to Observatory Inlet and Alice Arm.

3.2 Local/Property Geology, Mineralization, and Alteration

All of Section 3.2 from Benz, 2018:

The geology of the Bingo area has not been extensively mapped. In 2016, the Bingo Property geology was summarized by Goeppel and Turna (2017) and the following paragraphs are a summary of their work.

Northwest Bingo is primarily underlain by the granodioritic Eocene Coast Plutonic Complex whereas Jurassic greenstone and greenschist comprise the southeast. The mineralization and alteration seen at Bingo Main Zone includes brown-weathering, biotite-rich, moderately foliated metasedimentary rocks that dip gently to the southwest. Chalcopyrite- pyrite-covellite bearing quartz veins, up to 30 centimetres wide, parallel the foliation in the metasedimentary rocks and contain local disseminations of pyrite- chalcopyrite. Faults were found within the unit. Mineralization within the Northeast Trend occurs as disseminations and globules of pyrite-chalcopyrite within chloritized intermediate volcanic rock. This Trend is proximal to the contact between the Jurassic intermediate volcanic rocks of the Hazelton Group and the Jurassic metasedimentary unit. [Figure 4]

3.2.1 Surficial Geology

The Bingo Property is a rugged area with high alpine peaks and glaciers as well as deep cutting river valleys (Holland, 1976). The land was heavily loaded with ice during the Pleistocene and the current coastline was submerged beneath the sea. Marine deposits occur up to an elevation of 100 feet along the major rivers with terrace and benches up to 500 feet above the current sea level. During this time, the major rivers were antecedent and their valleys served as the main drainages for the westward flow of glacial ice. These valleys were greatly deepened by the passage of the large amounts of ice resulting in the formation of the many hanging valleys typical of this region. Cirque erosion played a major role in the formation of the current landscape by creating large, well-developed cirque basins carved into the north and northeast sides of peaks and ridges (Holland, 1976).

3.2.2 Geological Model

The mineral deposits within the Hastings Arm Region may be classified into four main types: hydrothermal, epigenetic silver-lead-zinc±gold veins occurrences such as the Saddle occurrence; the Noranda/Kuroko massive sulfide copper-lead-zinc with associated silver- lead-zinc±gold at the Dolly Varden mine; and the Anyox Cyprus massive sulfide 13 Goliath Resources Ltd. Bingo 2018 Assessment Report

deposit. There are three possible types of mineralization that are thought to occur on the Bingo Property: epithermal, massive sulfide and intrusion-related lode gold deposits.

3.2.2.1 Epithermal Deposits

Epithermal gold deposits are created after the formation of its host rock in the shape of mineral replacements, veins, pore-infilling or breccia (Robb, 2005). These deposits form close to the Earth’s surface at temperatures ranging from 50 to 200ºC (Robb, 2005). They range from narrow, high-grade vein systems to large, low-grade disseminated mineralization (Robb, 2005). Their formation is associated with extensional or transtensional tectonics and include: volcanic island arc, oceanic arc, continental arc and back arc basins. The geochemical signature of epithermal deposits is typically dominated by gold, copper and arsenic (± silver, zinc and lead) with notable concentrations of silver, zinc, lead, antimony, molybdenum, bismuth, tin, tellurium, tungsten, boron and mercury (Panteleyev, 1996a; Panteleyev, 1996b).

3.2.2.2 Volcanic-Hosted Massive Sulfide (VHMS) Deposits

Still forming today, volcanic-hosted massive sulfide (VHMS) deposits form at, or near, the bottom of a waterbody through the focused discharge of hot, metal-rich hydrothermal fluid (Robb, 2005). VHMS deposits typically form during the rifting event of the constructive development of an island arc complex (Hoy, 1995). Hydrothermal fluid commonly travels along faults and is driven outwards by the heat from an underlying or nearby igneous body (Robb, 2005). The hot hydrothermal fluid enters the cold sea water as a plume of ‘black smoke’ due to the fine sulfide minerals that crystallize out of the solution upon contact. These minerals gradually build up a sulfide ‘chimney’ around the hydrothermal plume which eventually collapses to form a mound or lens of massive sulfides. VHMS deposits differ from sedimentary exhalative (SEDEX) deposits by their formation: hydrothermal circulation and exhalation independent of sedimentary processes (Galley et al., 2007). In addition, VHMS deposits are formed in close temporal association with submarine volcanism (e.g. Eskay Creek silver deposit, BC) (Roth, 2002). Proximal halos of copper, silver, arsenic, and lead concentrations occur at VHMS deposits whereas larger copper, zinc, lead, barium, arsenic, silver, gold, selenium, tin, bismuth and arsenic contents occur within the deposit. In addition, these deposits may be metamorphosed resulting in gold liberation and re- precipitation into veins and other low-strain sites creating significant gold enrichment (Wagner et al., 2007). Large gold contents in metamorphosed VHMS are typically found within massive arsenopyrite where decreasing gold content is associated with increasing arsenopyrite recrystallization.

There are three general categories of VHMS: Cyprus, Kuroko and Besshi (Taylor, et al., 1996). Cyprus-style deposits, like the Anyox Mine, are smaller and typically contain medium-grades of copper and zinc. They form lens or mound- shaped deposits of massive pyrite in ophiolite-related, extrusive basalt sequences. Noranda/Kuroko massive sulfide deposit, like at Dolly Varden, includes zinc, mercury and magnesium halos with larger potassium contents as well as smaller sodium and calcium concentrations within the footwall rocks (Hoy, 1995). Besshi- type deposits are typically found within mixed volcanic- sedimentary rocks such as turbidites intruded by basaltic sills (Taylor et al., 1996). These 14 Goliath Resources Ltd. Bingo 2018 Assessment Report

deposits are often found as thin, laterally extensive sheets of pyrrhotite and/or pyrite massive sulfide rich rocks. These types of deposits are copper-rich with smaller concentrations of lead and other lithophile elements.

3.2.2.3 Intrusion-Related Deposits

Intrusion-related deposits are typically found in well-preserved, moderate to high- temperature Mesozoic collisional belts of the North American Cordillera (Hart et al., 2005). These types of deposits typically emplace into the region behind an accretionary orogen and into rocks of the deformed continental backstop. Intrusion- related deposits are typically concentrated in relatively un-metamorphosed, shallow levels of orogens. The intrusive magmas are typically metaluminous, silica-rich, alkalic and form quartz- monzonite, monzonite, monzodiorite and quartz-syenite.

Intrusion-related deposits will typically have intrusion-hosted gold- bismuth±tungsten, molybdenum and arsenic; proximal gold-arsenic±tungsten and distal gold-arsenic- antimony±silver, lead and zinc geochemical signatures. An example of intrusion-related gold mineralization is the Sulphurets District in north- western BC (Febbo, et al., 2015).

4. Exploration

4.1 Geophysical Surveying

Airborne Survey

In May of 2018, a 80.1 line-kilometre airborne magnetics survey was flown over a the Bingo property, by Walcott Geophysics. The survey was flown using 75 metre spacing, flying 28 east-west lines, with a nominal terrain clearance between 40 and 45 meters (within limits of safety as decided exclusively on-site by the flight crew). Perpendicular oriented tie lines (4) were flown as indicated on the flight coverage maps to level the data.

The survey took place using an airborne magnetic stinger system equipped with Geometrics 824 magnetometer sampling at 50 Hz, Opftilogic RS400 laser altimeter, and passive magnetic compensation. Navigation was carried out using a WAAS-enabled GPS, with flight navigation software for track and elevation control. Two GEM Overhauser GSM-19 base magnetometers were used for recording drift in the magnetic field during the survey.

The magnetics highlighted large, generally northeast-southwest-trending areas that contain smaller, individual north-south trending structures, providing several specific targets for prospecting. The southeastern-most portion of the surveyed area displays the most interesting target: two distinct, highly magnetic, north-south trending structures. This data will be used in planning future exploration projects.

See Appendix D for full maps and complete report.

See Figures 5 and 6 for the airborne geophysics maps.

Lidar

Between August 22st-25th 2018, McElhanney flew a fixed-wing airborne LiDAR survey over the Bingo property, covering an area of approximately 989 hectares, using eight (8) point-per-meter density. Bare-earth hill-shade images were generated from this data, which can be used for future geological interpretation. The LiDAR imagery is used to detect and interpret surface lineaments such as faults, fractures, and lithological contacts. The imagery can complement orthophotos and satellite imagery, with the major advantage of being able to trace lineaments under overburden or vegetation cover. See Figure 7 for the LiDAR image produced.

4.2 Rock Geochemistry 4.2.1 Sampling Method and Approach

Eleven (11) chip and grab samples were collected during the 2018 field program (details in Appendix A: Field Notes).

Rock grab and chip samples were collected by foot with helicopter assistance. The rock sampling locations were chosen by geologists based on potential source areas of MINFILE locations, placer creeks occurrences, regional soil anomalies potential gossans based on high resolution satellite imagery. The rock sample sites in the field were chosen by geologists based on alterations and/or the potential for mineralization, along with areas of visible mineralization. Two standards and one blank sample were submitted with the rock samples to ensure quality control and sample assay accuracy.

The rock grab and chip samples were extracted using a rock hammer, or hammer and chisel, to expose fresh surfaces and to liberate a sample of approximately 0.5 to 6.0 kilograms. All sample sites were flagged with biodegradable flagging tape and marked with the sample number. All sample sites were recorded using hand-held GPS units (accuracy 1-10 meters) and the following information was recorded on all-weather paper: sample ID, easting, northing, elevation, type of sample (outcrop, subcrop, float, talus, chip, grab, etc.), chip length, and a description of the rock.

4.2.2 Sample Preparation, Analyses and Security

All rock and channel samples were crushed and pulverized at ALS Canada Ltd.'s lab in Vancouver, BC. ALS is either Certified to ISO 9001:2008 or Accredited to ISO 17025:2005 in all of its locations. The resulting sample pulps were analyzed for gold by fire assay in Reno, Nevada or in Vancouver, BC. The pulps were also assayed using multi-element aqua regia digestion at ALS Canada Ltd.'s lab in Vancouver, BC. The coarse reject portions of the rock samples, as well as the pulps, were shipped to DSM Syndicate's storage facility in Terrace, BC. All samples were analyzed using ALS Canada Ltd.'s assay procedure ME-ICP41, a 1:1:1 aqua regia digestion with inductively-coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES) or inductively-coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) finish for 35 elements as well as the Au-AA24 lead-collection fire assay fusion procedure with atomic absorption spectroscopy (AAS) finish. Any results greater than 100 ppm for silver or 10,000 ppm copper, lead and zinc were additionally assayed using ALS's OG46 method particular to each element. This method used an HNO3-HCl digestion followed by ICP-AES (or titrimetric and gravimetric analysis). Gold values of greater than 10 ppm Au were assayed by the Au-GRA22 method which includes a fire-assay fusion procedure with a gravimetric finish.

Assay results in Appendix C.

4.2.3 Data Verification

Review of the provided assay certificates (encrypted) from ALS Canada Ltd show that ALS employs standard QA and QC protocols; as such, the verification methods are recognized as being adequate for the current program.

4.2.4 Results

See Appendix B for geochemical assay map.

With only a small reconnaissance prospecting program completed on the property, resulting in the collection of 11 samples, generalized results are challenging. See Table 4 for specific assays results. Both W497886 and W497887 tested the highest for silver, gold, and zinc. Copper results were high as well, although the highest copper was in sample W497944.

5. Conclusions and Recommendations

As recommended in Benz, 2018, an aerial geophysical survey was undertaken on the Bingo property, to further map intrusive structures and capture potential sulphide mineralization. A LiDAR survey was done in conjunction with this.

Because the prospecting/geology fieldwork program was so small, conclusions and recommendations remain the same as per the 2017 program, as follows.

From Benz, 2018:

The Bingo Property is located between the Anyox and Donahue Creeks, along the western side of Hastings Arm, approximately 50 kilometres south of Stewart, BC. The Hastings Arm area has been explored for copper, gold, silver, molybdenum, lead and zinc while recent activities are focused on volcanic massive sulfide and porphyry-style mineralization. The tectonic evolution of this area has led to the formation of a number of deposits including the Anyox Cyprus massive sulfide copper (zinc) mine and the Dolly Varden Noranda/Kuroko massive sulfide copper-lead- zinc with associated silver-lead-zinc±gold mine. Historical work within the current Bingo Property includes two reconnaissance-style geochemical surveys. Geochemical surveying in 2016, by the J2 Syndicate, announced the polymetallic gold-silver- copper-lead-zinc Bingo Main Zone hosted in metamorphic rock and Bingo Northeast Zone in basaltic volcanic rock returning 0.186 ppm Au, 5.2 ppm Ag and 4240 Cu.

23 Goliath Resources Ltd. Bingo 2018 Assessment Report

The Bingo Property is located at the contact between the Coast Plutonic Complex and the west- central margin of the successor Bowser Basin collectively called the Stewart Complex. The Property is underlain by the Coast Plutonic Complex biotite ± hornblende granite- granodiorite- minor quartz diorite intrusive rock(s) and the Hazelton Group volcanic rocks/ undivided sedimentary rocks typically consisting of mudstone and siltstone.

In general, the mineralization on the Bingo Property appears consistent with volcanic massive sulfide mineralization encountered elsewhere in the broader Hastings Arm region with the possibility of a metamorphosed, high-grade gold massive sulfide mineralization within the Bingo Main Zone. However, more work on mapping the structure, mineralization and alteration found in the area is required to build a deposit model in which to base future exploration programs. Exploration results from work completed in the vicinity of the Bingo Main Zone, as well as near the southeast, are encouraging.

The future work recommended is:

• To keep in the spirit of the Great Bear Rainforest Biodiversity, Mining and Tourism Areas mandate, a wildlife avoidance and interaction plan should be drafted and implemented. This plan should include a wildlife log, as well as a grizzly bear avoidance and human encounter/interaction plan and an Important Fisheries Watersheds (IFW) zone information circular. In addition, basic training for field personnel on the identification of heritage sites should also be implemented with a basic manual for reporting heritage sites.

• A detailed mapping program of the Bingo Main Zone to identify mineralization, alteration and structure to assist in defining a deposit model in which to base future exploration.

• A geochemical sampling program designed to explore the entire property, with priority focused on rock and/or soil and/or talus fine samples to expand known mineralized areas, as well as a biogeochemical sampling program of hemlock bark extending the program into the mid- to lower elevations of prospective areas where thick sediments and vegetation may obscure outcrop and impede till/soil sampling methods and interpretations.

• Focussed channel and/or trench sampling of the known mineralized areas, with detailed geological maps of the trenches and channels, designed to capture the lithology, mineralization, metamorphic mineral assemblage, alteration and host rock. Whole rock assays should also be used to assist in determining alteration patterns.

Based on the 2017 field observations and examination of the results a trenching, soil sampling, detailed mapping, prospecting, and the development of a Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) program for any sampling program with greater than 300 of one type of sample taken is recommended. Detailed geological mapping is recommended to further examine the potential for economic mineralization within the Bingo Main Zone.

SURVEY SPECIFICATIONS.

The Airborne Magnetic Survey.

The airborne magnetic survey was carried out using a stinger type airborne magnetic system mounted on an AS350 operated by Silver King Helicopters of Smithers, British Columbia.

The total magnetic field was sampled at a rate of 50 Hz, using a Geometrics 824A sensor mounted in the front of the stinger.

Compensation for the airframe was achieved using a Bartington Mag-03 fluxgate magnetometer. The analog output of this vector magnetometer was then digitized at 50 Hz using a Kana8 24 bit GPS referenced digitizer.

The respective outputs along with a navigational information, were then logged on a Panasonic Toughbook using Geometrics Mag Log.

Navigation and survey height control for the airborne system was achieved using Nuvia Dynamics Inc. – AGIS system.

This utilized a Hemisphere R330 GPS sampling at 10 Hz, and an Optilogic RS400 laser range finder mounted in the mag boom beneath the helicopter. Flight navigation information for the pilot was displayed on an 8” LCD display showing offline deviation and helicopter height.

The mean height of the helicopter over the respective survey area is illustrated in a table below. It should be noted that the elevation in the northern part of the survey area are skewed due flight across the slope of a steep face, such that the overall survey height would be less.

SURVEY SPECIFICATIONS con’t

A secondary GPS assisted IMU was also recorded, however this data was not used or required.

Two GSM-19 Overhauser base magnetometers were also established in the area, to record diurnal variations in the magnetic field. Both units were synchronized with a GPS time stamp, sampling at 1 Hz.

Compensation coefficients were calculated based on a calibration flight carried out after installation in Smithers Area, on May 12th, 2018 and June 14th, 2018 using QCTools, achieving a FOM <3 nT

The respective data was then uploading into Geosoft Oasis Montaj. The datasets were merged and corrected utilizing the GPS time stamp information. Tie line leveling, was then undertaken using the Geosoft Levelling Module.

The processed data was then gridded using a bi-directional gridding algorithm utilizing a 20 meter cell size.

The vertical derivative was then calculated on the processed magnetic grid using the Geosoft Magmap module.
