IDPs displaced in 2018 and Central before 2017 reported that conflict was the primiry Eastern driver for their displacement. Southern Conflict 12.75% of all sites identified opened in 2018 while Seasonal Flood 2.3% opened between January and December North Western 2017. 85.0% of sites opened before 2017.
