1992 Participated in president’s task force on criminal justice program to develop short-term and long- term goals of the criminal justice department at CAU. Dr. George Napper chaired this task force.
1992-93 Restructured the curriculum for master’s degree in criminal justice with the assistance of the new faculty to make it comparable with other programs throughout the nation.
